One of the best toy kits I got my 5 year old son. There are lots of fun experiments and he loved every minute of it. I would say it was money well spent. The kit comes with easy to follow instructions too.

Amazing science kit for any kid. It ignites the curiosity of any kid. My son loved doing every science experiment. The instruction book is clear and easy to read/follow. The experiments are safe for my son to do on his own.

This includes two books (plus access to more online) full of well detailed simple and fun science experiments to do at home. The projects are easily read and understood by my 7 year old and 12 year old children. It does include a several tools, and a few "ingredients" for these projects, but you will need to provide several tools and ingredients on your own, as well. Some of the experiments unfortunately require ALL the ingredients to be provided 'from home'. I feel like a few more ingredients would make more sense to be added to this kit, such as the glitter or an iron nut. And I don't know very many people who have a milk strainer, and its a pricey and pretty specific tool, so I think that experiment should not be included. I love science kits, but this one could be improved upon.Today, my 7 year old did the "snow rainbow" experiment. He was able to lay out the ingredients and equipment needed for this, since all but the water is in the kit. He easily read and followed the instructions himself, and the only thing he really needed help with was dropping the food coloring in, since the bottles first need the tips cut off, and then they are a little tough to squeeze...plus, lbh, its a 7 year old handling food coloring. Other than that, he did very well with everything else, and was excited and thrilled with the experience and outcome. My 12 year old has had a chance, also, to review the books and kit, and is excited to join in, too. So I feel it is appropriate for both children and young teens, also.

Well made kit and kept my kids independently entertained for hours. Apparently, it is also a smaller company- so it was nice to feel like I was supporting a "mom and pop" business.Good value for money.

Lots of fun experiments that kids can do for weeks. The experiments are age-appropriate, safe and easy to do. The kit has pretty much everything that they will need. Well organised!

I bought this this science kit to use with my 4 year old grandson. It is easy to put together, most everything you need is supplied. You can choose the length of the experiment and many different types of experiment. He loved the volcanos. An adult needs to help young kids but once they are school age and can read great things to do alone. We have had hours of fun and have learned a lot about science.
