Product came in excellent shape they even upgraded the 2.0 batteries to one 5.0 high output and one 2.5 high output. Will definitely look at other products from seller in the future.

Haven't used it much, but it works like it should. I've used pneumatic die grinders for years but I'm tired of the noise and dragging the hose around. This tool is a breeze to use and is operator friendly. As a bonus, I also received the 4 ah battery! A big plus. I recommend this purchase.

Seller: shipped quick, packaged well, included a 4/2ah battery set instead of a 2/2ah set as a surprise!Tool: it's a 12v milly. It does its job. It's not a replacement for a proper air powered tool, it's for field work, or quick work. Same with the rest of the m12 line. Expecting a battery tool that's 48w (with only a 12v2 or 4ah) to out last and out preform something that can take advantage of 1200w from the wall, is a fools errand. What it does do is let me carry some basic high torque tools on my mobile kit when I need to go to a friend's house or a awkward spot a full size tool won't fit/ have power. Good value when u can find a good combo like this one!

I was hoping to find a mobile version of the traditional air die grinder. I had high hopes and even invested in multiple batteries knowing nothing will be as good as an air grinder. I should have made the investment into air. This batterie powered piece of equipment cannot keep up with anything I need it to do. Mind you I am polishing metal art with a buffer wheel not trying to do what the unit actually needs to do. I have been trying to give this thing a chance and now today the battery charger for the six batteries I have in order to be able to use this thing won't charge. Spend your money elsewhere this thing sucks.
