I was really disappointed with this microwavable steamer. It arrived so tightly rolled up and crammed into the packaging that it’s completely deformed. Even after leaving it out of the package for a week, it still hasn’t relaxed into its proper shape.The material feels cheap, and it’s not functional in its current state. I won’t be buying this again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. Poor packaging ruined what could have been a decent product.

Economical pair of steamers are of mediocre quality. They arrived tightly packages as in wadded up so as to be indistinguishable. I let them sit for a couple of days hoping that the lids would be lined up properly when closed.I gave them four stars because they do what they're designed to do. They steam food in the microwave. A little bit of water under the interior trivet In each steamer steams the food without it sitting in water.Because the steamers are flexible, care should be taken when removing them from the microwave so that hot steam or hot water does not cause burns.
