Sent a bad power supply and on top of that, the system wasn't refurbished to excellent condition. HDMI out is very loose and was magic erased on the casing.

In perfect condition but wont go past update section , advised by online expert to take it to a repair shop !!!...tried every troubleshooting trick with no luck... dissapointed is an understatement

It switches on but won't read any xbox games like fc 24 keeps saying installing within seconds says installation stopped.It is the same with blu-ray movies saying disc mabe damaged or dirty tray.Well all the things I've mentioned work fine on other console (old one) blu-ray works fine on my own blu-ray players.very dissapointed no way has this been factory tested.

Xbox arrived safely with next day delivery. All working fine but was very grubby had to be cleaned before it could be used.
