Fast shipping and the base station was literally brand new! Also don’t forget that you need a pc to update firmware. Mine didn’t which wasn’t an issue because I have a pc. 10/10 definitely would recommend

Why can't I give it "0" stars..First of all the Astro A50 is a great headset but it's $300. The last headset you'll need to buy right? Maybe but expect to spend $200 more for base stations over the next few years of use. My son,13 now has had two base stations just die. No reason, no abuse, no water, no harm just straight up die. So the solution claim it under warranty? Sure, Logitech (owner of Astro) replies within 3-5 days - business days that is. So tell your son/daughter who saved their own money to buy these things to simply waits and wait for adults to explain to them now twice this uber-expensive headset is useless and without warranty, rest assured they'll be some crying and not understanding of how someone can take your money and produce a faulty product and shrug you off due to limited warranties. I'd be happy to show you the links to the endless limited warranty they sent to my son. It's toilet paper.This seller should also care that they sold a faulty product and so should Amazon.So decision time. Spend another $100 on a known bad product (search the web and enjoy reading all the issues) or buy a product with a real warranty that stands by it.My son decided to give up dig into his piggy bank and buy a new headset from GameStop. NOT AN ASTRO.. We got home and the mic stopped working. took it back the next day and guess what, he received a new headset from GameStop. No questions, no waiting 3-5 business days for some hoax of a support team to decline the warranty. No downloading software and updating firmware, no "Hard Resets".I'm hoping Amazon cares and can help him with this but I don't imagine they will. Next stop, Class Action Law Suit. Astro is selling a system and one of the components has a KNOWN issue and they won't do anything about it.If you want a sad kid, days of BS support, and an ongoing "subscription" of new base stations once every six months then make the perpetual investment on the ASTRO A50 headsets. $300 original purchase, $100 every six months for a base station and you'll have $1000 into this crap before he's old enough to drive.I'm pretty sure the "New" base station's power port fell off the motherboard. I'd say that a manufacturer issue, not a general "use" issue.I will personally avoid Logitech and Astro for the rest of my life and will never ever suggest one of their products. I will never purchase from this seller again and you shouldn't either. Amazon you should protect your buyers or guess what, I'll be spending a lot less on here too.Seriously, stay away from the Astro A50 however if you're reading this you're considering spending another $100 on a second or third base station to make yours work. Don't do it. Run away! Buy something with support better yet buy something local where you can take it back in person and not be told from a foreign country that your son's investment is worthless.Does anyone want to start a Class Action Law Suit? I'm in.

Shipping was quick, packaging was top notch, and the base station was in excellent shape and has been working perfectly. Would recommend and buy from again!
