I purchased this older, scratched Xbox. It worked slowly and would glitch. I returned the Xbox and was not fully refunded. Very frustrating and dissatisfied.

Product came severely damaged and wrong controller

Console arrived in a timely fashion. Looks great with only a slight imperfection on the top of console. However, the controller didn't come with battery pack and I was forced to go buy it and a charger. The included Battlefield 1 disk was defective or damaged and would not download. Other games download just fine, so I know it is the disk itself that is defective. The game can be bought for 20 bucks on the Xbox app, so not really a deal breaker. It is just unfortunate that there is literally zero customer support from the seller. Just plan on having to spend a little more money to get this console up and running.
