It is very user friendly and downloads rapidly. It came in handy when I needed to transfer pictures from one iPhone to the next. I would recommend buying this phone stick.

This device is exactly what I needed. It works perfectly with my iPhone and allows me to transfer photos, videos, and files quickly and easily. The connection is stable, and the transfer speed is great. Plus, its compact and durable design makes it easy to carry anywhere. Definitely a great solution for freeing up space on my phone. I had over 10,000 pictures on my iPhone and nearly 1000 videos from the last several years, and have been struggling to transfer them to my PC via iCloud, or via direct transfer (past attempts failed or messed up file names or file dates). I'm now upgrading my iPhone (plus I've been paying for iCloud storage for these pics) and I didn't want to risk losing any pictures, so I forced myself to address this not-so-easy-task, so I was excited to learn about this device.PROS: At the end of the day it did the job, the price was very reasonable, the software wasn't too complicated: Hurray!Cons: BUT but there were a lot of frustration points along the way and it took me 10-20 hours (with a learning curve and technical issues popping up)--instructions are not written clearly, but I was able to figure it out (most of the time).--It saves pictures as PNG which is a larger file than JPG so it took up much more storage than I hoped.--You need to transfer pictures in batches of not much more than about 1500 or so (too much more than that and the transfer risks failing, or the files on the PC don't open - I had this happen a several times and I had to redo several transfers).--It takes about 30 minutes to transfer 1500 pics to the memory stick, then about 5-8 minutes to transfer that to the PC (so it's like doing laundry - hard to get in much other work in the interim). So it took me more than a whole day to get through this process.--If you have a lot of pictures you should ideally batch them into albums of 1500 pictures or less on your iPhone before starting to transfer. (you can search 2024 and put all those pictures in a single album but I'm not sure how to segment your pictures into albums of a partial year). This way you can transfer the whole album to the memory stick in one shot in the app. Because transferring part of an album is tedious in the app, you need to select the pictures manually.--The certain physical parts of the device got loose during the repeated processes.TIPS--make sure you phone is well charged (you can't charge it while the memory stick is in, though you can use a wireless charger)--someone else suggested folder-names-should-not-have-spaces (do anything to reduce the risk of technical issues)--Similarly I think having some empty memory on the iPhone may help the success of the transfer (I had several failed transfers not sure exactly why those occurred).--if you have some photos on iCloud, you may benefit from a larger sized memory stick than suggested by the amount of photos showing up on your phone (I thought 128GB would be sufficient, but once those were fully downloaded to the phone my pictures/videos exceeded that)--CHECK the pics on your PC before deleting from your iPhone or memory stick.--There seem to be various vendors selling similar devices. The app looks similar for those devices too. If you want to try a different system find one that has an app that looks different.Hope this is helpful.

I decided on this flash drive due to its versatility. We have all apple in our house so extra storage was an issue. This having the lighting connector, the C style and the usb connecter has made it my go to drive currently. It is amazing to be able to purchase a 256GB usb storage device for under fifty bucks.l the app is very user friendly and actually makes the process much easier I like being able to take photos off all our phones and transfer them directly to an external drive. I have had zero issues using this with any of our devices and feel it was a great value for what it offers. I would most definitely recommend this flash drive at this price point.

I love taking videos. My phone only has 256G. Just 30x 5 minutes of videos my phone is alreasy full. This drive is very helpful to offload my phone. And not just that, this is a very helpful tool to transfer my media from my phone to computer for post production. It is very high quality as well. The transfer speed is fast enough for this price point. I am happy for this purchase

We have both apple and android devices in our household, so it has been such a pain selecting the correct flash drive to use for any specific device. This having the lighting connector, the C style and the usb connecter has made it my go to drive currently. It is amazing to be able to purchase a 256GB usb storage device for under fifty bucks but that is how it is going with hard drives and other storage devices. This is my first large stick so I don't have much to compare apples to apples but it is slower than my smaller 15GB Samsung sticks but that was expected and clearly written in the description. It is more than worth the tradeoff for the storage space. I have been able to take off heavy photo and video files off our phones laptops and desktop PC enabling them to run more efficiently. Also as expected I did have to use their app in order to do any file transfers from my iPhone and iPad but i feel the app is very user friendly and actually makes the process much easier so that is a plus. It is all very well thought out even down to the packaging. I have kept the box as it keeps the usb c adapter handy and makes the stick easy to find in my backpack. Also, so convenient to take photos and videos off our phones and transfer them directly to an external drive. I have had zero issues using this with any of our devices and feel it was a great value for what it offers. Anything that can make my day simpler makes me happy. I would most definitely recommend this Lesoge flash drive at this price point.

I want to update that this company was very responsive and reached out. I want to thank them for their generous concern.I downloaded the app and plugged the storage device into my phone. It doesn't allow me a method of moving & saving the pictures from the phone to the drive although it does show you the drive and phone contents without your phone pictures on the drive. So now my phone has so many pictures it won't let me take anymore and although I keep trying to delete some, I don't have a way to get them off there with this device.
