About 6 years ago I bought this and I credit this kit with possibly saving my life. I was buying a house and this test detected that there was meth particles in the house. I was tipped off by a neighbor that told me that I should test for it.

Rubbed it directly on crystal meth and after following the instructions it didn't work.

We found a powder substance in our sons room. Took a small amount of it and placed it on both test papers. Dropped the solution on and turned blue right away. Knew it was meth when we found it but wanted to be sure. Worked well for us. I don’t think it will work to test on walls to see if it was smoked in the home. I really think you need the residue or the substance itself to test the actual substance. I’m not sure just rubbing the wall and testing the paper will work

We bought a rental house. The neighbors said the previous tenants sold drugs. We bought this easy to use test to make sure there was no meth residue before we began working on the home and renting it out.

I used this to test a house that I am working on, the test I did came back negative and gave me some peace of mind. I was easy to use and an inexpensive way to determine if you need to do more in depth testing on a property. I deal with a lot of rentals and will be keeping one of these on hand for future use.

Didn't give it more stars as both sample sheets showed negative. This does NOT mean there is no meth residue. That occurs sometimes in these tests. If shows positive, it definitely IS positive. So, I have another kit on it's way to me. I do prefer tests offering more samples for greater possibility of revealing the drug. This is a good price and a good product. Not much loss if you don;t get a positive.

If you are looking to rent or buy a home, it is well worth the price of this test kit. A negative result can give you piece of mind, especially when you know of all the foul and toxic things that are involved in the production of Meth. Research the signs of a "meth house" before you shop for your new home, and if there is any doubt in your mind, do the quick, easy, inexpensive test. Then you can ease your mind, unless it gives a positive result, in which case either pass, or invest in the more expensive professional testing.
