These help me make sure my dad is well hydrated. Sometimes he doesn’t listen as he’s sick. So if I show him the strip after checking hydration levels he’s more willing to drink more fluids

I like this product and definitely recommend. I was dehydrated and it gives you a color code on the package and the back of the box. Simple to use.

I'm on the fence about how accurate these test strips are. I definitely felt a bit dehydrated while using these through a sickness, but they kept saying I was overly hydrated. I find that hard to believe. I will not purchase these again.

my weight scale is telling me and so are my labs, that I am dehydrated this has been going on for years. I have always drank lot of water And I do add Celtic salt every day for yes. I even eat the rock salt during the dayI recently started dr. Berg lemonade electrolytes and it's making a difference for my mental state I wonder if it's gonna help my labs or my scale get me out of being dehydrated for the past 15 years that can't be good

If you do Wrestling or MMA you need these. They work very well and are an important part of keeping healthy.

First, I will say that $15 for 30 of these is too expensive. They should be like Keto sticks (100 or so for 7 dollars).But I don't think this is accurate as to hydration. When I get up in the morning it tells me I am dehydrated. Great. But then, I have a few drinks and retest and it tells me I am "overhydrated". Then I go a few hours and I am back to dehydrated. There is no in between. I am guessing that it only shows up how concentrated your urine is and that can be wildly uneven no matter how hydrated your actual body is.
