These may be ok for sedentary people. I tried them on and they didn't feel like they were going to stay put so I returned them. They didn't fit me right. They seemed durable, washable and were easy to put on. Yet for me impractical for barefoot exercise use.

Super comfortable. It felt like I could dance all night. However...when I went to put on my boots I couldnt get them on. The comfi cushion adds to the ball of your foot. Thus...they didnt fit when wearing my boots.Recomend a size up in shoe to allow for added protection.

Did not help my plantar plate sprain symptoms. Very uncomfortable as you wear them through out the day. They tend to push back on your toes causing pain where they ride on your toes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately was let down. These things are useless. As soon as you stand up they roll off. Horrible useless product. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I purchase a set of the gel pads for my feet. The pad I used worked very well and the pain I had been feeling disappeared in a few hours after I started wearing it.Unfortunately, the package I received had the odd combination of 3 pads for a left foot and 1 pad for the right foot. That doesn't help when the pain is, as is my situation, only occurring with the right foot. So, I contacted the company and explained the situation. I received an immediate response and a nicely written apology. Another package with 2 +2 pads was set to me the very next day. You could not ask for more responsive customer service.

The stitching that separates the big toe and holds it in place is minimal, which makes it very uncomfortable to wear. The cushion below is good. Unfortunately, I had to cut the seam separating the big toe just to wear it. But now, it slips down when I put on socks. Poor Design

I wear a size 9 women. And they fit well, comfortable to wear with any shoe-I work on concrete floors daily and my ball of my foot kills me, but these seem to help. I will say around the big toe slips a little and may need to adjust about 3x on a 9hr shift.

My son had developed a terrible blister on the ball-of his foot from new shoes, his job has him on his feet 6 hours a day. The blister had popped so needed to be treated and covered with gauze, but adding the extra layer of comfort with the gel pad was just the perfect thing. I’ll admit they looked small, but lots of stretch and they fit perfectly and honestly provided the level of comfort he needed! Great product!

The only problem I had was how snug they felt around the toes after standing as a cashier for 8 hours. My toes were so sore around the front edges of the material that I had to take my shoes off and just stand on them for the last 2 hours of work, which was a great relief. Other than that they definitely eased any pain on the ball of my foot that I usually feel while working. Maybe if they were a little more stretchable around the toe areas verses being just a little snug it would have been no problem. I did not feel the pain until after standing for the last 2 1/2 hours before store closed. My toes felt so much better after taking off my shoes. The throbbing and soreness recovered within 2 minutes. I might try and put a little snip in the front area that holds your toes to see if that helps because the cushion for the ball of my foot worked so great. No pain there at all.

They weren't big enough even they were the largest supplied and uncomfortable around the toe to keep it in place.
