I have tried numerous items over the past five years to assist with the foot pain I have in the ball of my foot. I couldn't walk on tile or pool surfaces without limping around. What works best from the Brison Metatarsal pads is the size of the cushion for relief & more importantly is the large toe insert that keeps the padding in place.

Brison Metatarsal Pads have done a wonderful job of helping my foot pain in both of my feet. I have been wearing these since July 2024 and they still work like new. I like that you get two pairs so you can wash one while wearing the other. I never plan to be without these.

They helped with the pain of waylking but so tight they were uncomfortable. I wear size 11 and got the large that was supposed to fit 10-12. I had to quit wearing them after two days

Works as advertised. During the summer I don't wear my orthotics and these pads help me walk pain free. I also like to walk barefoot however should not without metatarsal support ~ now I can. Definitely would recommend these.

I am a competitive runner and I have been having issues with the metatarsals. I bought Dr. Soles insert pads as well as these. These sleeves with the Gel pads work far better then the Dr. Soles and I have returned them. I highly recommend these. Although, the reason for the 1 star review is the fact I recived a QR code with my order saying I could get a free gift. I filled out the information and there has been no response from the seller, and nothing had shipped. I would suggest not promising your customers free products if you do not plan to fulfill your promises.

I purchased when I was having foot pain from running. Unfortunately this was not a good product for me. Immediately on use the gel pad felt weird, stretch and immobile, I think if I actually used when exercising it would have moved and caused further damage. I was afraid to use so I returned

Nice quality but I wear a size 5 shoe and it shut the circulation off of my big toes. Too tight for me.

I have sesamoiditis, so I got this to help with that. It works exactly as I thought it would per a review from another user, especially while I’m barefoot or wearing loose socks.The issue with these, and the reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5, is that the stitching for the open part, as shown in the pic, digs into my skin. If I wear shoes it’s much worse, to the point where I have to take it off halfway through my workday. If this was improved I would give 5 stars all day.
