I noticed an improvement in how much sleep I was getting but nothing as far as more energy or anything like that. I thought the pads stuck well with the adhesive and didn't have any overflow, does leave a dark residue on your feet that needs washed off in the morning.

I bought these foot pads really not expecting much but I was so wrong. My feet were swollen and my toes were tingling and after about 3 days I could tell the swelling was going away and circulation was returning to my toes. So this product works great and I'm definitely buying more

They don't stick to the bottom of your feet very well.

I gave it a four but honestly I have no idea what they're doing their charcoal packets you leave them on your feet for 8 hours and when you peel them off there is a black residue on the sole of your foot which is supposed to give the impression as if it drew out toxins but that's the charcoal from the pad and the perspiration from your foot LOL it's nothing more than the charcoal sticking to your foot in my opinion I haven't seen anything otherwise
