These inserts worked great for me. I wore them to a wedding and I was wearing very high heels and needed the extra support and ZAIWOO came through!! Def would order again!

I Purchased these pads for my 👠 for my holiday party and let me tell you they saved my feet.. Typically when I wear heels the ball of my feet start to burn and hurt so bad that the shoes come off, but with these pads that didn’t happen.. I wore my shoes the entire party and even made it out to the dance floor.These pads even helped me when it came to keeping my foot in place. In some heels your toes end up smushed at the top, but the pad helped that from happening.. I didn’t need the heel pads for these shoes, but I did put a pair in my flats which relieved the heel pain I normally felt when wearing them. Needless to say I will be wearing them more often now that they don’t hurt me feet..These pads come in different colors and the adhesive that the company uses makes them stick very well. I will be ordering more in other colors for sure..

Ordered this for a company event. I had gotten very cute heels but they were very uncomfortable to be in. These pads made it much more comfortable and bearable to wear the heels. I also appreciated that this product also included cushions for the back of the heels.

I have narrow feet and bad knees. I put these cushions in my shoes as close as possible to where the ball of my foot rests in the shoe. This pushes my heel into the back of the shoe and provides a little extra cushion for my feet, making the shoes fit better and feel comfortable. I didn't give the product 5 starts because I haven't used them long enough to determine how they will hold up over time. So far, so good. Also, I don't wear high heels (my max heel height is 2"); therefore, I can't vouch for how they would work in heels has pictured on the product display.

I found the product to be incredibly comfortable, particularly the back cushion, which provides excellent support. It definitely feels worth the price. The quality is impressive; I haven’t noticed any parts shifting while I'm walking. Additionally, it adheres very securely to my shoes, which gives me confidence in its stability.

I found the perfect heels for dancing in terms of balance and stability, but after an hour of dancing my feet would basically be crying 😅By the end of the night my feet would hurt so much I couldn’t process the pain and they just felt numb.Not one to discard perfect dance heels, I searched for something soft yet durable and I found these.I put these inserts in those heels and actually laughed out loud with joy when I next danced in them! So soft, zero slippage, and they were not so puffy that they made my shoes tight.They made my favorite heels I wear for swing dancing as comfy as dancing with clouds on my feet!I would definitely recommend these inserts to dancers.I danced for 4 hours with these, only taking two 10 minute breaks, and my feet were happy the entire time with no next day soreness!
