I use these in all my high heeled shoes. They are much better than most ball of the foot cushions and I can last standing or dancing for hours in heels without pain.

This product work relatively well. However, it should be broader and longer to accommodate the width of ones feet. Doesn't always stick to the shoes and has to be pressed down a few times to be comfortable. It gives about 50% comfort

I'm usually a Birkenstocks girl, but wanted to wear heels for a wedding. I found a pair of platforms that seemed comfortable at first, but then as I wore them around the house to break them in, my feet started sliding out the front of the shoes and it became really awkward and uncomfortable to walk.Found these on Amazon after a suggestion from a friend and they were a game changer! They were easy to stick into the insoles and stayed put all night, and totally eliminated the sliding issue. I was able to easily and comfortably walk and even do quite a bit of dancing! I noticed at the end of the night that I was one of few women who still had their shoes on, ha.

These foot pads are perfect for heels. After standing on the ball of my foot for hours on end in heels these pads make a huge difference. They help to absorb some of the pressure as well alleviate sliding. They stick right in place and stay put. I add them to all my heels.

I had a sandal heel that I wanted to wear for a wedding but was slightly loose in one foot. This foot cushion solved the issue. I ended up using this pad for the other foot as well for comfort - it was great. Holds up well. The pad did not slide, and no toe pain. Bonus it was transparent and fit well.

Empêche le pied d être sou pression et aussi de glisser.Ne prend pas de place genre semelle et donc ne dérange pas et ne change pas la taille des chaussures. Utilisée dans mes chaussures de mariage (talon aiguilles de 7cm à bout pointu)
