I have decently bad plantar fasciitis and my feet tend to run really dry so I'm in constant pain with cracking, etc. I tried these cushion pads on and they are so comfy. Walking on them is nice because it's gel. They fit my feet a tiny bit weird, but I just slipped my socks over and they're great. I'm ordering another set right now.

It fits over your bare foot. I will use it as an addition to another insole. It is soft and comfortable. I wear a sock over it. It cushions your foot.
