Uncomfortable. Tried sleeping with them, woke up with new foot pain, so took them off in the middle of the night. Can't wear without socks as they stick to the floor. Hard to put socks on over them as they grab the sock. But they were inexpensive, so I thought I would try them.

I didn't use them. I thought they,would help align the towes, I heard wearing those that align the toes are comfortable.

I really like these. The amount of space they create between my toes is just about right for someone who generally hates having stuff between my toes. I tried a different set, but they spread my toes so far that it was really quite painful. I’m thinking that after using these for a while I might be able to try the others again. When I saw that the package contained four pairs, I wondered if they would be super flimsy and fall apart or tear. I haven’t worn them for any significant activity, but for sitting and doing a little walking in the house, the durability seems fine. I’m glad I ordered them.

I purchased these Metatarsal gel pads because they offer them as support for both hammer toe and bunions. They weren't uncomfortable to wear as long as I was sitting. As soon as I tried walking both in shoes or just socks, the squishy feeling under the ball of my foot was uncomfortable to me. Perhaps I should have tried them longer, but they sort of squish around and were just too weird for me. If you can tolerate the squishy sensation, you might really like them!

For people who have no arthritis this product is good for diabetic patients, BUT should you have arthritis in the knees this product is very difficult to put on.
