These pads help the metatarsal area by relieving pain associated with little arch support shoes. You can use them in any type of shoe, from sneakers, boots, to heels. You can double them up if needed, however one pad did the job for me.

Hard to get off paper but you can. They stick good but squish down fast so loose support on ball of foot but still works some

I have a metatarsal tear and have to wear these until it heals ... usually a year. However, I have one pad in every left shoe that I wear frequently. One has to find the "sweet" spot for each pair of shoes as the placement is a bit different. However, these pads are great to take the pressure off the metatarsal area. Always replace a flatten or well used pad periodically. Good product, good price.
