Anyone who says this file cabinet is cheap is lying. First, it’s pretty heavy and very solid. I was extremely impressed when it came and it was very well packaged.I mean if you wanna sit on it you might bend the top but then again file cabinets aren’t meant to be seats! Other than that it’s pretty solid and strong.And yes the keys work fine.

This is a great file cabinet for my home office. I love that it has a stabilizing wheel on bottom drawer and that you can’t open both drawers at same time. It does have locking wheels, HOWEVER, they do not prevent some rolling on hardwood floors. I don’t believe it’d roll as much as it would w/o locking wheels but it does still move when locked. They lock great on carpet, but they’re also less likely to move on carpet. The issue with locking wheels is why I gave it 4 stars. Also the cabinet was locked with key inside. Thankfully my hubs is handy and got it open. The other thing I like is the “folding key” although I am fearful that it could potentially break in the lock d/t the material the key’s made with.

THIS FILE CABINET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FULLY ASSEMBLED BUT IT IS NOT, IT NEEDS WHEELS ATTACHED AND THERE ARE SCREWS MISSING AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR....RETURN RETURN RETURN

This cabinet is beautifully packed so that there's no damage to any of it. Read the directions carefully and only made one tiny error attaching the single bottom wheel in the middle. Easily and quickly corrected. I like everything about this file, especially the fact that it also locks. Happy to have paid more for this item which was already constructed other than attaching the wheels. Great that one set of wheels also lock when desired. Highly recommend this.

Everything is quality with this file cabinet. However, it is difficult to lock the front wheels as they're too far under the bottom drawer. The wheels need to be moved out towards the front. I use it without the wheels being locked. It's still a nice cabinet.

Thrilled that it came already put together! Lightweight, yet sturdy metal and easy rolling wheels to position anywhere. Love the keys and modern look.
