After owning for over a year, I’m comfortable revising this product. This is perfect for small offices. I loved the low price for the storage space. The shelf as a whole is pretty sturdy, doesn’t sway or anything odd like that. Don’t expect to fit much as far as height on the two top shelves. I found small storage baskets that fit perfectly on them and could fit up to 4 of them.The reason I gave it a 3 star rating, it may be sturdy but as with all manufactured wood, the drawers suck so bad. I bought two of these and put them side by side so out of my 4 drawers, only one is still fully functional and that’s probably only because I rarely open that specific one. The bars used to hold files slip out of place and I have to fix my files all over again. Also, one drawer that I need to use quite often will in no way stay in place. I only have 14 file folders in this drawer and that’s not a lot at all, so it was not a weight issue, the drawer just falls off the track. Finally; the locks are really cheap, I think I only got 5 uses out of them before they both pulled right out of the shelves. Tried to glue them back in, that worked until the key snapped.TLDR: looks great, good for small spaces; but don’t expect it function correctly a full year.

This is impossible to assemble as shipped. Instructions are garbage because the parts are not labeled the same as they are shown in the diagrams. Pieces don't fit together as shown. Be prepared to drill some new holes, replace screws that are too small for the holes they have drilled, and at the end of it all your filer is legal size only. The grooves that are supposed to allow you to adjust the hanging bars are drilled out on opposite corners of the drawer (cattycornered from each other) which makes it impossible to adjust the width of either hanger. The lock provided is way too large for the hole it is intended for. It is too bad this product is messed up so badly because it would be a nice filer otherwise.

The drawer on bottom locks do perfect to keep important documents in and it’s a bit time consuming to put together but it’s a great product with a very nice look!

I was hesitant to purchase this product because I would be putting it together alone. However, I really needed something to organize my small office space at home. I took my time and didn't have any problem putting all of the pieces together! The drawers are spacious and the shelves are perfectly spaced. It holds misc charging items on the top shelf, paper and stapler etc on the middle shelf and my printer on the bottom one. I put an extension cord on the side so everything is plugged in and ready to go. Good quality product and I love the white color! I recommend this product just take your time putting it together and you will love it too!

First of all, I went back and forth between this and just a standard filing cabinet. I ended up going with this one because then I could add some decor and plants to my space as well. This filing cabinet fit perfectly between my desk and the wall. Major bonus points for ordering.Assembly. The guide says for 2 people it takes 1 hour. As for me, myself and I it took almost 5 Loki episodes, or 5 hours. Was I perhaps distracted? Yes. Were the instructions a little off? Also yes. For example, Step 2 states "A1 and W1 are different in shape and size, please distinguish them when installing" but there were no W1's items listed in the included directory nor were they every mentioned again. Step 9 was also confusing - with the measuring diagonals and a = b? Yea I just skipped that step entirely and have had no issue. Thankfully I was able to figure it out and get this put together alone.Sturdiness. Seems very stable, and I do not have it adhered to the wall. I don't have filing cabinet folders yet (just ordered) but I have over 10 full binders tucked away in each of the drawers and they open and close just fine.Value. Great value! Some of the plain filing cabinets I was looking at that didn't even have shelf space above were significantly more than this. Would much rather have spent less on this for an aesthetically pleasing cabinet vs just a regular metal one.Last thing to note, I did have some weird brown paint on the side of my cabinet (see last photo), that was there when I pulled it out of the box. If you put the felt file organizer on the side it would cover it, but because this fits up snug to my desk I don't have that option. Overall this is a great product and I am very happy with my purchase!

Would have given 5 stars. But one of the pieces was missing and a duplicate of the top two pieces was sent. So I could only put 2 of the 3 shelves up. Not really a big deal, definitely not worth taking it apart and returning it. It’s quite sturdy and it took me about an hour to put it together alone.The instructions for the little white pieces was a bit confusing. Figured out it was showing the very bottom underside of the cabinet. After I figured that out, smooth sailing. Nice filing cabinet for bills and hanging my sons backpack on the side with the little hook. Overall, happy with the purchase.
