Had my daughters paddle board on this rack. Went to the side of my house and there it was on the ground. The bracket completely bent and dropped the board on the gravel and scuffed it up. The board was not that heavy. I am 74 and got it up there fine. Tried to reach merchant which is impossible so I Asked Amazon for a refund.

This surf rack is great. It is super easy to install. I am not the most handy individual and it took me about 20 minutes to install. My son's surfboard is now stored safely out of the way. I couldn't be happier with the product.

These racks were easy to install with included hardware and appear to be of good quality. The extensions release a little easier than I would like which is why I rate them 4 star. Good value for price and hope they will weather well.

The board rack arrived quickly and was no problem putting it up. The only thing we worried about was weather the screws were large enough to hold the board, but everything seems to be working perfectly.

Had two older pairs from this same company. Loved them but they got torn up so I ordered two new pairs. Arms do not snap/lock - on any of the 4 arms! rendering them useless. Rubber is peeled away from the holes so that’s not the issue. These will not keep our paddle boards safe because they come off so easily. Emailed the company and received no answer. Very disappointedChuck

Really nice wall rack for my 9'6" longboard. It was easy to install with included hardware and in just about 30 minutes my board went from leaning against the garage wall with a towel on the floor protecting the tail (a set-up that always worried me) to safely stored up and out of the way providing us with some always needed garage space! It looks great and for my needs I don't think I will even use the extensions. Great value for the price!
