Edit: seller made it right and issued a full refund. He also advised that they have modified their construction technique to make them stronger. While I admire the quality of the materials and the customer service was great. He ended up sending me a second one for free. Unfortunately, I have no use for it since the included arms are weak and of poor design. Any pressure placed on the arms can break them since they are only secured by a metal stud versus having them embedded into the wood. I bought a different brand

Works super well, easy to install, and very clear instructions! We had a problem with our boards falling over due to wind but this rack totally solved it. Great for boards of all sizes. We placed ours higher because we have mostly long boards but would work great with short boards too.Definitely a good buy!

The rack does exactly what I’d hoped for. Took me about 10 minutes to install it, and the holes lined up perfectly with my stud wall. I really like that there are no screws or bolts sticking out that could potentially scratch my boards. Also, the elastic cord is a cool bonus I didn't even think I needed, but now it's giving me some extra peace of mind. The mat for the floor is thick enough to protect the tails of my boards. I also experimented with sliding the mat a bit to the side, and that did indeed allow me to lean a fourth board against the rack, just as advertised. You do however have to keep in mind that this board is not kept in place by the elastic cord. I love that it’s made out of wood with a very nice texture and that it’s kinda shaped like a surfboard. Overall, very happy with this rack!
