Cover itself is similar quality to other hitch covers that I’ve bought, just with a Mercedes logo. It has a snug fit which is great. The rubber lanyard is standard. Make sure to completely remove the whole piece (cover and lanyard) if you put a hitch in… don’t leave the lanyard dangling… lost the cover this way with the last one!

While it's undeniably a high-quality product from Mercedes, personally, I find it looks a bit small for a GLS, especially when compared to the factory rectangular hitch cover with no logo. Nevertheless, I believe it deserves a 5-star rating.
