This slide stepper provides a great workout for your legs, thighs and glutes. It provides a different feeling to at-home workouts and challenges your core, as well, as you need to stay balanced as you push from side to side. I love that it really targets your lower body and provides a good cardio and strength workout. There are removable bands you can use to get an upper body workout at the same time, too.This machine is a little scary to use at first as there is nothing to hold onto. Take great care as you step on and off so you don't lose your balance. There is a non-slip surface to stand on so your feet stay in place while using it. The slide stepper arrives fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. It is durable and sturdy, but light enough at app. 13 lbs that it is easy to move from room to room. I like that the compact foot print makes it easy to leave in a corner of my living room while watching TV. The machine is pretty quiet and is working great to build up a sweat for me! I love that this little machine adds some extra challenges to my regular workout routine and I use it several times a week.

Be absolutely sure u want this. The charge for returning is about $16. Did not feel stable on this and it’s short. I like the Aeroski better

My 50+ year old daughter bought one of these and was delighted to use it, so I went out and bought one, too. Big mistake! This is not safe for a 76 year old who just wants to maintain good health indoors using simple exercise equipment. I could easily take a fall from this if I am not careful and it hurt my arthritic joints after one attempt using it. As the box was damaged upon delivery and recycled, I chose not to return it and will swap this with a friend for a piece of equipment she had that is better suited to me.Very disappointed in this piece about how 'shaky' it is to get on it and how it is not a good idea for seniors to use.UPDATE: Although I was not able to use this exercise equipment, I chose not to send it back because I knew I could give it to a young woman who COULD use it and would be excited to get it. Much to my surprise, the seller contacted me shortly after posting my review and refunded my purchase price. I was stunned as this is the first time that has ever happened. I was so impressed with the care and kindness of the seller who was more concerned about my well being and happiness over my purchase than his own bottom line. Amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller and his equipment and the SUPERIOR customer service offered. By the way, my 50ish daughter who originally bought this equipment still uses it and LOVES it! That makes us two happy customers. GREAT SELLER for sure!!

I like this leg exerciser. I set a timer for about three minutes. I get on it which is easy and safe. And press side to side not hard, but just easy to give my legs a lttle workout. After three minutes I feel it in my legs. Make sure you stay balanced, go slowly. And it’s a good safe product!

It’s quiet, compact, easy on the knees, and really provides a great leg/butt/core workout. Fantastic at a standing desk for a slow "walk," too!

This is a super simple machine. It is ready to use right out of the box, just attach the handles. It is solid and study but the only real motion is side to side with your legs and the range is pretty small. We are all amazed at how basic and simple it is at this higher price point. It's fun and can provide a small amount of exercise.
