I bought this to get in more motion while working from home. It's a great device, way easier than using a mini treadmill (once you get used to it), and feels like it gives a better workout.Pros:* Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties* I really break a sweat while using it* Based on my own calculations, calorie tracking seems to be fairly accurate* Very portable* Best option I've found for WFH workouts* Quiet enough even for office use, I've used it in my cubicle and no one has noticed* Remembers your progress for as long as you don't reset it, which is nice to track steps throughout the dayCons:* It does "click" every time a step contacts the bar. Sticking an old dishtowel on top of the bar fixed this.* Technically, resistance can't be adjusted, only height. But I really don't mind with how great it is.Overall, it was worth the money and I would recommend it. I hope it lasts many years.

I’ve been trying to use this mini stepper everyday to help with my PCOS and type 2 diabetes symptoms as an easy, at home workout, while watching tv! This is especially great for those with sedentary jobs like me as well to get you moving. Even better on days when it’s too hot for a walk outside or you don’t feel like going to a gym. It takes a little while to build some endurance, I first started with about 500 steps and have progressed to 2k+ in a 30 minute session. The stepper itself is sturdy and works great. I’ve lost 7lbs in 2 weeks, which I can’t say is solely from this workout alone, but in addition to a more active lifestyle and mindful diet changes, however having something like this for a quick cardio and muscle building workout is very convenient and useful! Great value for your money

I like this pedal exercise equipment very much.This stepper is very convenient to exercise at home, and children at home especially like it. Now it is very hot outside, which is just right for exercising at home.

It definitely does the job.... I put it right by my bed.... the quality for the price is great. Easy to use no assembly required, no noise The Resistance bands is a little long but not a deal breaker .. nice and compact

This step machine is a must have for home fitness. It’s so compact which can be store under a chair. It comes with a mat. When you work out, you put the machine on the mat. That can prevent any damage on the floor and eliminate any noice. The only thing you need to assemble is the two string for upper body work out which is so easy. Just a clip.
