I love this machine. You have the little seating part to assist but you're still doing all the work. I've been using since I bought every other day I do 80 squats. I can see some changes already taking shape 😊. This was a great addition to my home gym I'm putting together.

I like it, I like it, and I like it!!! Doesn't take up too much room, but it definitely gets the job done. I put it together less than 30 minutes. But if you have any issues putting it together, there are videos that simplify the process. Get this if you are serious about developing your squats and overall strength.

I wish I could put 0 stars! Machine came without instructions at all!!!It looks that it’s missing some pieces. So disappointing. I’m returning it. I don’t recommend it.

This took me about an hour to assemble. It wasn't too difficult, but the instruction booklet is very small and it's tough to see the detail in the pictures.Once I got it put together, this was great! The foam knee and foot pads are located at pretty much the perfect height. There are two possible positions for the knee pads so I think it will still work if you're on the shorter side. The bands provide a small amount of resistance. It's not enough to make squats more challenging, but it provides a comfortable way to help control the motion and help the user feel supported. The whole machine is pretty lightweight and easy to move although it takes up very little space to begin with.
