I tested my coffee urn, 100 cups. It was seamless. I used 8 cups of coffee, and 3.5 gallons of water. Started the brewing. It was finished in 1.15 hours. My hubby and I each enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee. Amazing!! It was piping hot, and it worked without any issues or problems. I highly recommend this urn if you are having a gathering, party, wedding, for whenever. It is a MUST HAVE!

This is the second set of urns. Last year I ordered from another vendor and they came a bit rusted and flimsy metal. I ended up getting these for less than what I paid last year and they worked like a charm. I was highly impressed with the sturdy feel to the metal. Not flimsy at all.

Nozzle barely trickled out water and then one day just starts leaking because the threads were super thin plastic that just broke out of the blue (wasn't banged into or being taken apart just broke on its own) Very poor quality. Water was not super hot.

I bought one, it came poorly packaged and the unprotected nozzle felt loose but the bult was tight and it seemed to work fine. A couple weeks later the nozzle broke off completely, it's only ever used in one spot and by two adults so I figured it was broken during shipping and since the overall body design is really good I got a replacement instead of a refund. The Second one seemed fine despite again being shipped without any insulation around the nozzle. After a couple months again the plastic on the nozzle had deteriorated and broke off again. After what happened to the first one we were always really careful about being very gentle with the nozzle so I know for sure it never got bumped or miss handled it seems the nozzle on these is just really faulty.

Ordered for an upcoming wedding. It did heat quickly and so far it doesn’t leak. I haven’t used it to make a full 50 cups yet. But just in cleaning and running water through it, so far not disappointed
