Heats relatively quickly. The outside stays slightly warm, not hot enough to burn. The lights under the on and off button are difficult to see under the rubber. A minor inconvenience for a good product.

It's evident that the coffee maker is designed to prioritize the beverage's warmth, adding to the overall experience of enjoyment.Visually, the stainless-steel construction of the coffee maker caught my eye. Its polished appearance added an elegant touch to the party setup. Very poor quality productThe plastic parts have literally made this urn unsafe to use and anything made of plastic after several months has begun to disintegrate.One nice feature is how high the spout is but I do not recommend the product because it dosen't last.

We wanted a pot that has several marking of how many cups you are making, This pot only has one marking that says full. We want one that has marking for 30 cups, 40 cups & 50 cups. We have several people that will be using the pot.
