This product was fantastic until it started leaking 7 months after purchase. I simply found my counter wet with water and a constant drip coming from the base of the spigot. That's when I discovered LeChef doesn't exist as a normal company. They have no online presence I could find so I had no way to contact customer service. I can't recommend this product. No urn should die so quickly. I'm really disappointed.Update 4/9: Discovered LeChef is under the company Magic Mill. I've contacted their customer service and await a response. I'll possibly adjust the review rating depending on their response.UPDATE 1/13/2023: Since my last update Magic Mill took about 3-4 weeks to respond to my issue and get me a new part. We have been dealing with leaking issues ever since. Tightening the bolt doesn't resolve the issue. Bottom line: does a good job of keeping water hot but it leaks. It is no longer usable. Only lasted in working condition for 8 months.
