So far so good! Some have complained about these blades wearing too fast, but I've found them to last a while. I'm working on new siding installation for my entire house. It's a big project, and I've had to us this tool in a few tight spots and I'm still on my first 2 blades. The blade made for metal did wear rather quickly but I didn't expect that to last very long given the number of nails I find myself cutting throughout the project. I've not had a chance to use the other blades yet, so I'll update this post when I do get around to using them.

This is a well priced decent blades. Multi-tool blades tend to be expensive, short lived, and indispensable when you need them. The Japanese style wood cutting blades dive through any wood you can through at them and cut beautifully, however if you touch a piece of metal, or even look at a piece of metal while cutting with the Japanese style blades, they will dull, burn, and become useless. As a comparison for you, as all people like comparing items. Compared to the Fein blades, I do not find these as nice (they're also not nearly as expensive). I find the Fein blades last much longer and are able to cut through anything with relative ease. If they were less expensive, I wouldn't have purchased the Versa-Tool.Compared the the Ridgid cutters (which can be purchased at a Big Box store) theses are about equal. And price per blade is less. Therefore a better buy.

I"ve had these for about 4 months they are just Ok. The do fit my bosch but under use the prongs that make them fit a variety of multi tools break off.Secondly the half moon specialty diamond blade meant for flush cutting, has rivets on the bottom that scar the living daylights out of the surface if you are flush cutting with it. Even Dremel makes a better blade. They are cheap and probably just worth what you paid for them, but not a Bargain.

I have owned a Fein oscillating sander for at least 20 years. I bought it as a sander, thinking I could get into corners and other tight spots. I wasn't as impressed after using it for sanding as I had been at the show. But I had, on a whim, bought a saw blade at the same time. When I used the saw blade I became totally sold. I was able to solve problems like undercutting door facings so easily. The Fein blades were impossibly expensive, but I bought them anyway. What else could I do?Well, I learned to make them. My old Fein has a very simple attachment between blade and shaft, so it was easy. I then learned to make sanding attachments that made the sander more useful. At long last, Fein's patent expired, and other companies started making sanders and blades. But I was reluctant to try them. When I did I was disappointed.I decided to buy the Versa-Tool 15 piece kit. The variety and quantity seemed too good for the price. Surely they would be at least as good as the blades I made by hand. They are great. You do need to learn the best use for each pattern. Expect to lose a tooth or two if you put a blade to the wrong use. They seem to last as long as Fein brand blades in my use. Just remember, they are, like saber-saw and jig-saw blades, replaceable, and now, the price is right!I have used them quite a bit, and have had no problems with them. Some are sharp enough to actually cut you, something I was not use to with the Fein brand tools. These all fit my old (original blade-mount style) Fein Sander just fine, without using the conversion washer that permits using the new-style blades. They also work great with the conversion washer. And they work fine on the newer Fein models I have tried, too.

I got a really cheap deal from Harbor Freight on an multifunction oscillating tool from Chicago Electric. I love this tool and have made some impressive "imppossible" cuts. But the blade that comes with it was getting blunted quite quickly. When I saw the replacement blade in stores, the price is depressing: it is more than half of what I paid for the tool! But I paid, about $10 for a metal blade - it went out in the middle of cutting a small brass tube. This set pleases me. Good variaty and inexpensive - perfect for my exploration of oscillating tools. So far I have tried the wood and metal blades, and they do a fine job, better than the ones I had.The shipping was very fast.

Well I waited a long time for an inexpensive alternative so I was very excited to buy this set for such a great price. The blades were made well and are a good value. However, for some reason in use these blades loosen off of the "chuck" and wind up just vibrating. Frustrating when you're in the middle of a cut. I realized this could be a problem with the tool but I never had an issue like this with Fein blades. This being said I would buy this kit again just because of the value and deal with the blade coming loose occasionally.

I am glad to be paying $7 bucks a piece instead of $22 at the home stores! These blades have worked wonderfully in my Bosch Lithium cordless oscillating cutter. I mostly install new interior doors with the occasional kitchen or bath. These blades perform exactly like any other blade I have used including a Fein Multi master I used to have. When cutting base boards to install the new doors the occasional nail will quickly ruin the blade. Now its more of a darn instead of a tear forming in the corner of my eye because I have to replace a $20-25 blade. There has been days when I have ruined three blades and it sucked when I was spending $70...now $21 I can live with!! I will be putting in an order for more of these blades after Thanksgiving! Great value & great performance is a nice combination!
