It is better to always spend a little more money to buy a quality tool from a recognized brand than to buy any cheap Chinese tool that will break a few days later.

Absolutely the handiest tool I've ever bought. Makes cutting door facings easy when installing floor tile, cutting holes for electrical boxes in sheetrock and trimming shims. This replaced an older dremel multi-max I used for years. Hope this one lasts as long as that one did.

I bought this to cut some trim to make room for ceiling panels and to cutout outlets in paneling for my basement. Works flawlessly. I also got the depth guide to go along with it and it works great as well. Doesn't have a ton of power, but works really for for the wood and panels I'm using it on. I'd definitely up the amps if I were cutting tile.Again, should have bought one of these a long time ago. Really handy.

Love it. Given it about an hour of actual running time over several home projects. Flawless performance. Noisy and sounds terrible but with cutting anything there’s noise.

I purchased this multi tool while remodeling our bathrooms. It’s has come in handy for so many things! I’ve used it for cutting baseboards, fixing drywall holes, sanding, cutting door mortises, etc. It has quickly turned into my go to tool for many small odd jobs.

Works great. Blades that come with it don't stay sharp for long. I bought some better blades and I have no complaints

Excellent tool. Several attachments and can purchase other attachments online or at Home Depot. Bought this tool to cut off edges of doors and door facings to install hardwood. Very easy to use. Must let the tool do the work and not try to force it. Will also be trying this on other projects such as small area sanding with hard to reach places.

I love to make things with Dremels. I have been working on dollhouses all year. The regular 4000 model Dremel works for just about everything but cuts beveled edges where I want a straight edge. I was looking for something that would work like my dad's old circular saw but on the miniature scale. When I use my 4000 Dremel I have to hold it at such an angle when cutting a piece only 2 inches long. Then allow for a little extra to sand off the point that is made during cutting. It is extra work for sure.I got this Dremel on sale. It is larger than what I imagined. This tool is heavy. I think it is heavier than dad's old palm sander, which I use quite often. The good thing is that it will fit in areas that the old palm sander will not. This is perfect for working in miniature scale. The tool came with sanding discs and accessory pack. The 3.5" blade is more than enough for any of my projects.I put the saw blade on the Dremel and tested on some hardboard from my local hardware store.I put it on the lowest speed to score a line in the wood. Then I changed the speed setting to 8 and followed the scored line to complete a very nice 90 degree cut line in the hardboard. I was impressed at how safe and easy this tool is. I was a bit afraid of it at first, but it doesn't rotate like a rotary Dremel. It oscillates back and forth. It is very easy to control in spite of its weight and size.

I love my Dremels. The MM20-07 was bought to replace the 6300 model I used faithfully but I found out they no longer make that one. I was totally devastated because I had it for so many years, it was my sidekick and I had extra attachments I bought for it which are fun and fantastic to use.. The MM20-07 is a little heavier and fatter but my attachments work with it and it seems to work great. So the MM20-07 is my new side kick and we have a lot of catching up to do. From the big jobs to the little jobs, I love my Dremels !!
