I just want to say this company’s customer service is amazing. I bought the post kit and the install was pretty easy. Mailbox and post looked great. Sadly, somebody hit it with their car and took everyone out but the post (was a hit and run, must had hit it with side mirror). I was able to salvage the post but I contacted the company to see if I could order the piece that connect to the post and mailbox. They were super quick to respond and sent me the new piece free of charge (no shipping charges either) with no questions asked! That is a rarity these days. Great company!

Very good looking and sturdy post. The hardware is included with the post. Simply slip the post over a 4x4 wood post and secure to the in ground piece. I used a metal ground screw to mount the 4x4 and that worked perfectly, no hole needed.

Absolutely love our new mailbox post. It is so pretty and matches how we remodeled our home. What it replaced was falling down and ugly. We did use a rural mailbox but our son-in-law re-enforced it and is very sturdy. We get good gusts of winds here so we went a bit deeper with the wooden 4x4 and more cement and river rock in the ground portion. A herd of rhino’s couldn’t take it down🤣. Just as we were deciding what height the mailbox should be our mail lady was arriving, she pulled up with her car and showed us and she was happy about that. I’m just so tickled that it came out so nice.

It’s a little uneven in spots but not incredibly noticeable. Fits over a 4x4 fairly tight and with a 3.75” lag through the mailbox into the post itself, it’s strong and holds. Large mailbox needed extra work to be fitted to the small support arm. Overall project was an hour once the post is set and concrete is dry. Not awful. For a cheap post, it’s pretty decent looking.

1. They shipped the secondary mounting package in a second box. It was missing the mounting plate that the mailbox sits on meaning I couldn't install this even if I wanted to, and after seeing it in person you won't want to anyway.2. The materials are some of the cheapest playhouse wall plastic I have seen, I was under the impression from the description and the pictures that this was a solidly built vinyl post. IT IS NOT! Think hollow kids toys or milk jugs, to boot the base of the post was molded poorly, was warped out of square, and had a ton of extra flashing along the seams of the plastic, like some poorly made toy model kit.3. When requesting a return, the company instead sent a non-paid postage return label, meaning I had to pay out of pocket return costs for this thing, totaling $120 dollars! That's almost more than the original cost of the item and in their return clause they still reserve the right to still take half of your money if their warehouse finds "an issue". I will be charging back my card if they claim I didn't send everything I received back.4. This is not US made quality, just skip this company entirely and save yourself the headache of paying extra to return their product like I had to. I would rate this lower than 1 star if I could. I have since purchased a vinyl mailbox post locally and for a few more dollars than this, the quality is night and day different. RUN!

Product is all one piece. The molded Plastic is a little cheaper than I thought but still looks good. Something hitting it may easily damage. Easy to install and has held up so far.

After 18 years, my last plastic mailbox post was looking terrible (cracks, stains, etc). It took longer to remove the old one than to install this one. It had all its parts and was packed nicely. We are very happy with it.

First of all, you must have a solid 4x4 post that goes completely from the bottom to the top of the post. That post also needs to be long enough to go about 24" into ground for setting concrete. I tried using an existing 4x4 that was already set in concrete from previous mailbox post. But it went only up to the halfway point of this post. Then I added an additional 4x4 section for the top half. That didn't work as the vinyl post was not strong enough to handle that weight on the top half and leaned forward.

Third time ordering, never got a complete set. What a shame!

Well, this is all I've recever and was supposed to be my second full height mailbox stand. The first one was the same price at $120+ CDN, is perfect, great quality and wow. This second one is about one third of the parts of the first one for the similar price of $120 CDN. This one was delivered 2 days ago and is quite oncomplete, hence useless so being returned as incomplete. I truly wonder who would send this one part only. UPS has confirmed that no other parts have been shipped.
