Easy to install and it really really fixed all my issues with folding 32lbs paper stock for brochures.

Zero instructions on manufacture website or anywhere else, this is the reason for the 3 stars. 100% unacceptable for overpriced pieces of rubber, there could at least be instructions. For anyone else who needs to know, remove both plastic sides of the unit (8 screws). Then get a good pair of small needle nose pliers and remove the rolling bar retaining clips, remove all of them except for the ones holding the spring in place on the roller bar (Kind of a PITA). Then you can slide the bar out. At this point you can remove or replace the 2 orange rubber parts under the roller. Then slide the new pickup roller over the bar but make sure to put the end that has the dimples on it, facing the spring on the roller bar. If you look at the end of the new pickup roller you will see what I mean. The spring grabs the dimples in order to spin the pickup roller. Then put the roller bar back in with the clips and put back the plastic sides. Done. I'm also not sure why the last reviewer couldn't post the instructions he found, face-palm.

This kit got my Rapid fold working like new. Would have been nice if they had included instructions! What to do with the pieces? However, someone posted explanation on Amazon so that made it easy to install.
