This hose is generally of good quality. You get two hoses at a fantastic price compared to purchasing the original hoses which will generally be twice the cost for one hose. My only gripe with these generic hoses is the couplers at each end. The OEM couplers are dense and rigid. This rigidity allows for easier connection and removals of OEM hoses. The generic hoses get cheap in this regard and the result is a flimsier coupler with a lot of give. Connecting this generic hose can be moderate chore, it the disconnecting part that is pain. You have to take your time and really work this hose off the side that goes into your CPAP mask and machine. If you are okay with this fact and you're a patient person, then I would say, give these a chance.
