I went to buy this from the place I bought the CPAP machine, and it was $200, plus another $50 for the little fabric piece that holds it on your head. This is the EXACT same thing at the fraction of the cost, it also came with 3 different sizes of nose pieces.Our healthcare is truly messed up!

Left Discolored is the original I had for 2 years and degrading. The plastic was falling apart and couldn't lock in the nasal pillow. Right is the Amazon bought. Pretty much the same and will test for the night. If you cannot get it replace by insurance or Apria, then this is the same quality. I only wish that it wasn't so expensive. $83 on purchase. Kinda important for people's health and well-being. I get it thats its intricate and a lot of parts. Doesn't mean I have to agree with the price. Fits my face well. Will update as it goes on.

I’ve used several styles of headgear and masks since I began cpap therapy in June 24. This one is working better for me than all the rest. It has the air hose attached at the top of the head, which works for me as I tend to change positions at night that pulled the hose in the front style causing it to leak air. Since I am now using mouth tape to keep my lips closed while sleeping, the nasal pillow wirks great and is less cumbersome than the full face style. Very happy with it- it has that red med quality in design and manufacture too.

This is a good mask, if you can sleep with your mouth closed. As it turns out, that is how I like to sleep and transitioned from a full mask to this one. It's comfortable and easy to fit. The air flows down both sides of the mask and the top connection makes it easy to turn over, side to side or front to back. It's all very soft and flexible, which is great with one exception that I would love to see improved! If you sleep on your side, one side is pressed shut. If this mask had a smaller more rigid tube inside the regular flexible side tubes that isn't pressed shut when you are on your side, it would help a lot to equalize the pressure between sides.

Really nice quality, fit and durability. Very soft rubber and comes with 3 sizes for a variety of facial sizes. Excellent value for the price.
