My lungs are nearly swollen shut after using this new cushion. For reasons beyond my comprehension, it is inured with a fabuloso-like floral scent that I’m apparently deeply allergic to. There’s a rash breaking out on my face as I type. Who thought this was a good idea?!

I will start by warning you, it does take some getting used to. The inside of my nose took a few months to condition and not be so sensitive. This may turn off some people. If you can get through the adjustment phase, it results in the best sleep you'll ever have. I like to sleep on my stomach and I have a big beard. Masks tend to not sit right on me. Leak around the edges. Generally not work. There's no leaking when the pillow sits INSIDE your nose. There's no falling off or laying wrong and dislodging it. It seals great and allows me to sleep through the night without air blowing into my eyes because I turned wrong. Highly recommend for people with beards or stomach sleepers.Also, if you tend to sleep with your mouth open, you can get a chin strap that keeps your mouth closed while you sleep to go with this style mask.

First off, this the authentic item, not a replica. I tried these as an alternative to the N30i and I feel more free to sleep in other positions. Great fit, no leaks, and great value!

J’ai acheté le masque complet n30i mais quand je bougeais trop il y avais une petite fuite d’air qui sortais. J’ai acheté ce coussinet pour que ma narines soient scellées sans fuite et le résultat est excellent.Il n’est pas intrusif ou agressant je suis 100% satisfait et je suis passé de 5 à 7 fuite par nuit à 0-1…Je suis un ancien utilisateur de kit N20 et j’ai essayé quelques kit mais la… je suis comblé j’ai trouvé la perfection en confort ultime

Fits comfortably in the nose, stays in place and doesn’t hurt or rub. Expensive but with proper care can last a long time. The head gear that attaches to it slips up on the back of my head but I have a larger than normal head

Got it yesterday and used it last night. I really like this design i just wish i'd known that you only get one pillow. the reason i wanted all three is because i wasn't quite sure what size i needed. The size i got in the package seemed to work, but it might be a little too small. I did have some irritation inside my nostril when I woke up but i did sleep better.

Product arrived in two days which is amazing for our rural location. The packaging is exactly the same as the original supplied by my local cpac supply source .The price was half of what I paid locally. I switch between the P 30i and N 30i as required. The pillow style seals a bit better (they stick into your nostril) but sometimes causes soreness so the N30i (cushion style) is used until my nose heals. Resmed are always changing their products so if they dont look exactly the same as the one you are replacing it doesnt necessarily mean it is a knockoff. This one has grey plugin points, original was clear colour. Good purchase as far as I am concerned.
