I have a 35 year old Atlas and it only has two splines so this 4 spline motor doesn’t fit

My last Marcato pasta drive is still working but doesn't fit the fabulous new Marcato Atlas 180 pasta machine I just bought. May the new one last like that--decades. I hear there is also a foot pedal you can attach to this drive.

My pasta maker is about 80 years old and my handle has two prongs, but this machine had four and would not fit into the hole. Please check before you buy!

I was a little disappointed that the motor housing was plastic, but I've been QUITE please with is little machine. The headline says it all! I'm using this several days each week in a commercial kitchen (I'm a mastro pastaio riconosciuto -- a master pasta maker and chef, but NOT a sfoglino). OUTSTANDING PRODUCT and WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE.

My wife can make fresh pasta way faster than with anything else. This thing is awesome! The motor finally stopped after I'm not sure how many years, but this replacement motor brought the pasta roaring back.

Made it possible to use 2 hands to handle the pasta for keeping it straight from the roller. It cuts my time in half when rolling the dough!
