About this item

  • ACCURATE & CONSISTENT - Premium CNC stainless steel burr provides perfect precision grinding from ultra coarse to extra fine size. Handground coffee to your exact liking every time! Grind for any brewing method: Aeropress, Cold Brew, Chemex, Drip Coffee, Espresso, French Press, Percolator, Turkish, V60.
  • CONVENIENT & EASY TO USE - Unlike other coffee grinders where you have to guess the setting, this grinder adjusts across 6 marked click settings using a hand-operated dial. The efficient steel burr glides through the beans with minimal effort, so you will find it super easy even if you have weak hands or wrists.
  • COMPACT & PORTABLE - One problem with electric coffee grinders is that they have long cords which cannot be moved. This cordless mill has a compact design so will fit in a rucksack or handbag and is perfect for travel, backpacking, hiking and camping. The compact conical shape can be handheld by even the smallest hands.
  • HEAVY DUTY - If you've been looking for a grinder without lots of cheap plastic parts that break after a few months of light use, then your search is over! This brushed stainless steel metal grinder has a CNC steel core that will last for years and a durable glass removable bowl. It will keep on grinding without clogging after each use.
  • LIGHTNING FAST - Unlike other bean grinders which require a 10-minute arm workout for your morning brew, our 420 stainless steel burr grinds in seconds, not minutes. This means you can quickly grind enough java in one sitting for a whole day and take fresh coffee grounds on-the-go in the mason jar using the free bonus lid.

“no longer waking everyone up for my morning caffeine” “more than just a pretty piece on the counter” “even MY weak arms can grind coffee with this” “best way to cut coffee expenses” “still perfect after 6 months”

I previously bought a ceramic burr, cheap grinder. All the sections slid together, no threads or locking parts. The ceramic burrs were so misaligned out of the box that it was pointless to use as I got the same result in a mini-blender style grinder, which I was trying to upgrade from. This grinder was the lowest priced steel burr and promised to be well machined. It is!!! I am so, so happy with the fantastic control smooth operation, and evenness of the product. I am considering buying another one or two over the next couple months and making a different cap/top/grinder handle so I can use this model for other spices with a more compact footprint. Spice grinders are looking to be as bad quality and frustrating to try to get quality as the ceramic burr coffee grinders were. The grinding speed is great. It is much more aggressive than the ceramic model I tried, grinds at least twice as fast, probably close to 3x.FYI I am using this to grind cacao nibs to make steeped drinking chocolate, kind of an odd niche use. There are some cons, which I will share, but I find the smooth machining pro to be totally worth any down sides in this purchase.Cons:-The adjustment being external can be great for less messy changes, however it can slide into a different grind position if you aren't paying attention to how you grab and hold it. Machining-wise it is a little looser and more wiggly than the rest of the device, but it is still doing its job just fine.-The lid with grinding handle seats straight onto the shaft with no threading or locking mechanism. It is heavy and tight enough that it is secure and feels sound, but... 1. it's a little fiddly to remove and replace (takes a gentle wiggle) and 2. when in place the handle sticks out and you have to aim it when you leave it on the counter so you don't hit the handle and knock it over later.I wish there were an alternate cap for the top section between grinds, but then I suppose I might lose track of the handle, and it would be another thing taking up counter space.I am fairly precise and particular when it comes to tool quality, and ultimately the deal-maker for me is the feeling of the parts doing their job, and doing it precisely. Love it.The price on this product compared to others at just about $30 vs. $40-60 is a great opportunity to try out the classy stuff on a budget.

I've tried different manual coffee grinders, as well as 2 cup electric gliders, and your grinder surpasses them all.

The first thing I do not, post a review until I have used the item for several weeks. I do not think you can truly give a good review until you have used the item for a length of time. That said it impressed me: it takes so much less time to grind my coffee than with the other hand grinders I've used. My experience grinding it was good, it was smooth and easy to use. It’s suitable for all kinds of grinding: espresso, pour over, and cold brew. It was easy to grind beans to different levels of coarseness. The trick is finding the grind level we liked best for whatever beans we happen to be using at the time. I have taken it camping and it is nice to have freshly ground french press coffee in the morning :)The leverage you get from the longer handle let's you grind the coffee a bit faster than other hand grinders I've used. Of course, the finer the grind the longer it will take. If you want a very very fine grind, it will take a bit of time, but a more coarse grind will take much less time. The only downside (being nitpicky here) that I have found is the amount of beans it holds, so for a full pot of coffee we had to do a couple of rounds of grinding. This grinder was well designed, well manufactured, and well assembled. All the materials used in its construction are high quality and as a result, everything works smoothly, and it does what it was designed to do and what I want it to do – uniformly grind coffee beans to my desired coarseness without a lot of noise and effort. I look forward to using this grinder for many years as it is very well made.

Great sturdy build and solid construction - felt "worth the price," and like it will last a long time. I love the wooden (or faux-wooden?) knob - very ergonomic - and the glass collection jar. Classy! And brushed nickel finish is always better than chrome in my book. The grind is MUCH faster than the last model, as promised, and very smooth and surprisingly quiet. It was easy and fun to use, and produced a nice uniform grind.A few observations:- It clearly wouldn't be feasible for a regular-sized pot of coffee (84g weighed beans for me), mostly because the reservoir in the grinder seems to hold about 15g. It took four cycles of grind and dump before I had the 56g necessary for a half pot. But if you're traveling, single, or both, or camping, or if you have babies you REALLY don't want to wake up with a loud electric grinder, this would be great.- I set it to 3 for drip coffee, but I would call that grind size Fine (ie, espresso size). That said, the coffee that came out of the brewer with the 3-size-ground coffee was smooth and unusually delicious, so maybe I've been grinding too coarsely!- It did make a giant static mess with the grounds, as most grinders do - with my electric model, I always add a few drops of water before grinding, and that fixes it without affecting the quality of the brew. Perhaps that could be in the recommendations or documentation?A really nice tool for the niche or craft or small-batch coffee drinker, if not for the pot-at-a-time crowd. Cheers!
