Excellent grinder. Works flawlessly, easy to use and clean, and can be used with power drill.

It takes 20-30 seconds to grind espresso fine, for one shot from a La Pavoni Professional. I have an Ascasso flat burr grinder for my preferred dark roast and I use the KINGrinder for the medium roast my wife prefers. The results are excellent!

Love this, takes about 15-20 seconds to grind 17-18g of espresso. Requires a decent amount of effort, I’m a 30-something dude so I don’t really mind the extra physical work, but some might. A good test would be to grip something as hard as you can in your left hand and see if that’s something you’d be willing to do every time you want an espresso. Me? I don’t mind a bit.For reference, it’s about 40-45 clicks for my Breville Bambino depending on the roast. Also, the catch cup unscrews from the bottom fits perfectly into the 54mm portafilter basket.I love that it’s manual so I don’t need to deal with that awful grinding noise every morning. The milk steam wand is enough of a harsh noise. It’s simple, it grinds to a degree that the bambino finds acceptable without spitting or channeling or choking, and it feels really solid.

I began getting into coffee recently and this is my first grinder. I really like it so far!- As a small female with low upper body strength, I still find it easy to use. Espresso takes a little extra time and effort, but even that is doable for me (I’ve read it’s best for women to get the bent handle rather than straight handle version - better leverage).- Quiet grinding.- Easy to store.- Feels well made. I was surprised how heavy it is!I do recommend doing some test runs with only a tablespoon of beans, as it takes a little trial and error to find your ideal grind size and the instructions aren’t very detailed. Personally, I’ve had fun experimenting with it.

I love the heft of this. First time using a manual grinder and my coffee do feel smoother, less bitter (less fines). Previously I used Krups F203, I think this adjustable burr grinder with set fineness makes it easier for me to control what I need (and be consistent).I haven't tried it yet but seen on a video as well that the Kingrinder's main axle is way thicker and robust (good for power tool) compared to similar brands – good to know and have. The grip definitely helps stabilize; this thing was a joy to use.No problem operating, takes me only a few seconds - for 1 cup of moka espresso. Setting: I did 75 clicks from zero. Which is basically 2 full turns, minus 5 clicks. This model is also the cheapest model they have while still having a larger grinder mechanism 48mm burr size.

I purchased this grinder as an affordable single dose espresso grinder and I have no complaints. It is very well-made, it feels great in the hand, it grinds smoothly, consistently, and quickly and is helping me to create great tasting espresso.Sure it'd be even better if it had finer grind adjustments, but the adjustments it does have allowed me to dial in my espresso shots just fine. And there is room to go way finer if I ever need to.

I bought this to replace a cheaper grinder that had worked for years. What I am getting now is a more consistent grind size for pour-overs. Though I have only used it for 6 months, the material choices seem to be ok for grinding comfort and durability. It comes with a brush which is needed as static keeps some of the grounds in the device -particularly the grinder section in the upper half. Good ergonomics of the parts ensure a comfortable grind.

A very good hand grinder for the budget minded. If you want to grind fresh beans and have amazing coffee, this grinder can get super fine for espresso or coarser for drip coffee. Super impressive and compact.

This coffee grinder can grind coffee for italian espresso machine (works well with my Lelit) or percolator or frankly whatever coarseness you desire. It can even put the beans to powder if you want. I do not see at this point why i would want K3 or above (maybe for the outside setting or titanium). Instructions in english are very clear and simple (to me anyway). You completely close the mill by turning the dial clockwise until the mill cannot turn anymore (but do not force it once you fell the resistance) and then open it counterclockwise to the desired coarseness by counting the clicks. For me 48 counterclockwise clicks (from a completely closed mill) and with 30pounds temper worked as well as my electric grinder Rancilio Rocky on my Lelit. The quality of the grind seems to be constant so far. Takes 20 seconds to grind 14grams (would take more time to fetch and use the drill!) and does not require much strength. Strangely (or not!), as many times, it cost less for me to buy it on amazon USA with delivery to Canada (and custom included) than on amazon Canada. Ceteris Paribus, 19% less.

I had a cheap plastic burr hand grinder (Javapresse) for the longest time. It would take 3-5 minutes to grind one brew to which I just gave up and started just using pre-ground beans or not drinking coffee. Then, I bought this bad boi. It is bigger, better built, larger and stainless steel burrs, and feels way more quality. Best part? It takes like 30 seconds or less to grind (I swear its around 15-20 seconds). It comes with a nice little brush to clean it as well! Definitely a huge upgrade over the grinders around 30 bucks. I use this for aeropress and it has demolished my expectations and potential need for an electric grinder since I only brew for myself. Only issue I have is with retention in the burrs but even then it isn't too bad and I haven't tried spritzing the beans before grinding to avoid static yet. All in all, one of the best coffee purchases I've made in a long time.
