FAQ :

Q : The crackling and hissing static noise that you are hearing can be caused by a variety of reasons.

A : Below are 5 things to check:

• Due to its compact design and intended audience, the Just Mixer is designed to be more suited for use with non-premium headphones and sound systems.

• Low batteries can also cause additional static noises; for extended use, switch to a micro USB cable. On the other hand, we suggest use separate power supply that can be prevent from noise frequency interference of other device.

• Additional static noises may arise due to interference from other connections in close proximity. Do not power mixer from a charging hub / power bank that also powers other devices.

• Using the foil Shielding-prevents and protects the cable from unwanted noise interference.

• If you setup the computer output sound to max that the Just Mixer S knob turn 1/4 have cause noise. So we suggest the computer output sounds adjust middle.

Kopfhörerausgang ist such vorhanden.

It works and I think it's good value for money. I use this to mix a Nintendo Switch and my laptop, I'm pleased to have a 3rd input too though I haven't used it yet. I power it via USB and use the headphone out. I was concerned I might need a ground loop isolator but there's no humming at all. It's small and unobtrusive, knobs feel good for their size, layout makes sense. My gripes, in order of most annoyance to least:* The blue light bar indicating that the device is on. It's ridiculously bright and very large. I'm not even sure it needs a light, but at most a little dot next to the switch or something would be fine. I put white tape over it.* High pitched sound for first 5-10 seconds of being on* The visual tick and turning range of the knobs are not obvious.* General appearance. It's fine I guess but black might have been nice as well as the USB being in the back. At least the provided USB cable is a good length and has a 90 degree turn.

Works well enough on battery power but as soon as you plug it into a USB lead to power it, there is a very noticeable 60 buzz. Very disappointing considering it wasn't priced like a toy that it turned out to be.

easy to install easy to set up. sound quality isnt bad, when you need a cheap 3 channel audio mixer this is nice to have around. its small and can be powered by battery or usb. its not really amplified i think there is a tiny bit of amplification to compensate for loss of signal going from device to device.i have one for 3 of my devices. my primary desktop pc, my mac mini, and my alexa ball. i have each device and the mixer controls set to just under half way and that seems to be the sweet spot. no distortion.

Exactly what I needed to be able to use my work laptop, while listening to music from another source. No fumbling with a screen and an interface to mute the music: just turn down the volume. Sound distorsion at high volume levels though.

This is exactly what is written on the tin: a pocket-size mixer with three 3.5 mm inputs and a 3.5mm line output and a 3.5mm headphone output. It runs on USB power, no power (as a passive mixer), or battery power. It's fine operated at low levels, but noisy when used at high levels. It's a good lower-attenuation mixer for the money, i.e., better than a passive mixer. But if you want _no_ attenuation from the mixer, or any amplification, you should consider something more robust.Pros:- Nice design and operation. Very simple, with controls that are accessible as one would want, but not too easily jostled.- Inputs and outputs are where you want them.- Headphone output is convenient.- LED light is surprisingly useful for adjusting levels in low light.Cons:- Noisy above half power. It adds a lot of low-level hum, even when powered independently. I had it attached to a pair of always-on amplified speakers, and the speakers would have a quiet-but-persistent buzz.- Noisy when powered by battery. As one might expect, but still part of the tradeoff with any portable battery-capable mixer like this.- Noisy when powered by USB attached to one of the audio inputs. Again, to be expected to some degree, but it's particularly noisy here.Overall a solid product for convenience of mixing multiple inputs in quieter applications. Too noisy for loud environments. For example, fine for mixing a computer output with a cell phone output to be listened to on headphones. But too noisy to mix a CD player output and TV audio output into a set of speakers for a big room.

I wanted to use my 2.1 desktop speakers for sounds from the PC, Phoenix Duet speakerphone (handphone output) and an Echo dot, and be able to hear them at the same time. While there are other line mixers I could use, I didn't want to bother with 3.5mm to 1/4 inch adapters so I chose the Maker hart Just Mixers. Initially there was a hum but I isolated the source as coming from the Phoenix Duet (USB powered). I added a ground loop noise isolator between the Duet and the mixer, and the noise is gone. I can now set the various input at the appropriate level and leave it as is, and I can also hear the speakerphone ring when Skype calls come in, then switch to headphones quickly and dial down the speakers with the control pod without having to plug/unplug the headphones. While this device works very well for my needs, other reviews were correct that the output is pretty weak. Since I put it through a Pyle headphone amp I already have, it's not a problem for me but if you don't have any way to amplify the output you may find the volume too low.

I thought about putting 4 stars, but combatting those that rated it poorly cause they can't read the instructions. For the price, this is powerful little unit. But it is not shielded to keep out ground noise. But the manual states that as well. I had no issues once I put it own USB power source (Amazon Basic USB 2 hub with 4 ports and separate power for those wondering). Now I did get line noise if I left the hub plugged into the PC, but since I did not need it plugged in to the PC, a simple fix. Now the Hub powers the speakers and this mixer. And the mixer mixes my PC and Mac mini now and when needed, it will do my PS4 as well.So good little mixer for the price if you setup it correctly.
