Love that it’s galvanized steel and that the red lever moves from the inside, rather than the outside. This mailbox was a little pricey but was the perfect choice for our new masonry designed mailbox!

Never thought I could like a mailbox however this one I do. Thicker than standard boxes, spring loaded door, and flag is unobtrusive and unique. Very happy.

Looked for a mailbox for years and then stumbled upon this one. Very sturdy and very good quality. Powder coated paint seems durable. You have to use the post that goes with the mailbox, not the one that Amazon recommended to “buy together”. The post is skinny, not the usual 4x4 so be aware of that.

So far, loving the mailbox. Someone ran into our old one and busted it with their car. Blessing in disguise really.Build quality on this box seems excellent and was easy to install (except for digging the hole).Ordered with numbering on left side, but received on the flag side. Seller was super quick to respond and remedy situation by shipping out extra numbers for me to install myself. Thanks!

I love my personalized mailbox! After spending a ridiculous number of hours searching online for a stylish lockable mailbox to replace the one that a school bus backed into/knocked over, I came across this Olio roof top beauty.I chose to have the seller dazzle up the sleek bungalow silhouette with my house numbers on both sides and the initial of my last name on the mailbox door (all in white). I adore the look of this mailbox without any personalizations or with just house numbers on the sides. However, I highly recommend paying the seller to personalize your mailbox door if you intend to live at your house for the foreseeable future; my neighbors and I agree that my initial centered inside a white border on the door makes the mailbox more appealing. All of the personalizations are well worth the extra cost!As for function, this Olio galvanized steel mailbox is heavy duty, which I'm hoping will help it withstand the hit-and-runs it's bound to face. It has really strong door magnets and has been powder coated to withstand all four seasons. Thankfully, it comes with the option (for an extra cost) of a locking steel plate that can be bolted just inside the mailbox door.I rated this product only 4 stars for four reasons:1. The locking steel plate isn't powder coated to match the rest of the mailbox.2. The red flag isn't designed correctly. Mailbox flags, when Raised UP and visible, indicate to mail carriers that you have outgoing mail. On this Olio mailbox, it looks like your signaling the mail carrier when the flag is DOWN.The Olio, unfortunately, is designed with the red flag attached to the mailbox at the Bottom-right on the inside, so that you can see the entire flag only when it's Down. When you pull it up for outgoing mail, only a minimal part of the flag is visible - a small piece of plastic perpendicular to the back of the flag, designed to "catch" at the top of the mailbox (See seller's product pics).3. The middle four holes at the bottom of the Olio mailbox don't match up to those on the steel mounting boards typically used to attach mailboxes to wooden and metal posts. Maybe this was an intentional design to force customers to purchase the seller's mailbox posts.4. The mailbox doesn't come with an installation template for the holes on the bottom, for customers who opt to attach their Olio mailbox to a post with a horizontal arm or those who use their own posts and generic steel mounting boards.*Pro Tip: For those who plan to attach their mailbox to the latter type of post, do yourself a favor and make a drilling template. Tip the mailbox upside down, fold a piece of paper (or use painter's tape) to fit snuggly against the inside length of the mailbox, and puncture the paper (or painter's tape) to mark the holes along the bottom. Then, center that template on the horizontal arm of your post so you'll know where to drill holes for the bolts.

Love, Love, Love my mailbox. Great quality. Sturdy. I was worried I was going to get cheap aluminum like metal and flimsy - not at all. I highly recommend this product.
