Let's start off with the 1 positive. the magnet is strong. Works great with my iPhone in the case. It does come with a circle piece of metal you can put on your case if yours don't have it. So that is another plus. It also comes with a base you can stick somewhere to give it a fighting chance to stick. Here in lies the issue.First of all, the on and off seem to be switched around. Secondly, it only hold a suction for about 30-45 seconds. I have tried it on several materials. Super flat, glass, finished wood, plastic. Regardless of what I stuck it on. It did not work very long. While it was stuck, it was strong but it looses suction quickly. This resulted in my phone hitting the floor several times while testing it. I would not recommend this at all. I might have gotten a faulty one but as of right now this one is headed for the trash.

This set comes with a magnetic ring and phone holder. I have a Samsung phone, but who doesn't like magnets? By putting the magnetic ring in my phone case, I can easily pop the phone onto the holder or grab it as needed. There's no fussing around with clamps to get the phone to stay attached to the holder. The holder bent and changed angles easily, so it can be customized to each user's preferences. It also comes with an extra rubber grip, so that's an added bonus.Minus one star - The device doesn't extend very far from the base. Depending on how your dash is built, there could be limited option on where to mount and the short extension distance may mean that the phone is pretty far from you after mounting.

Pros: This magnetic suction mount is great. With ease you can mount to a lot of smooth surfaces. It took 2 seconds to figure out and start using. I mounted it by my bathtub temporarily today just to watch Netflix.Cons: The on and off sticker is confusing to me. I am not 100% sure it is correct but either way the item works well.
