The kids love these! There's a little bit of a learning curve to deleting photos, but everything else was pretty easy! It will work as long as the magnifying glass is directly on the object. Lots of fun.

This microscope is so fun! It is easy to use and the kids can take it around everywhere. Taking picture option is really nice. And there is also different zoom options. Very kid friendly and fun to use. It comes with the charging cable, and the battery lasts a good amount of time. It would be nice if there was an auto-off feature if there's no movement for a while, because the kids will forget to turn it off all the time and it will just end up dying. Overall, we've all loved it.

This is so much fun for the children!!! It’s easy to use and stays charged for hours. You can hold it under anything and it magnifies up to 4x’s. The image is very clear. It’s the perfect gift

my (almost) 3 year old loves this. She looks at everything she can think of through it. I love that it auto-focuses as she is too young to do it on her own. It can zoom in, which doesn't really magnify anything more, but is rather like zooming in on a picture. The light is bright so you can use this in any setting, just keep young kiddos from pointing it at their faces or the faces of anyone around them. It does not come with an SD card, but does have the option to add one. The slides that come with it are really cute and gave her a great idea of how to use this. I can't wait until summer when there are a variety of things outside to look at with this. She will have a whole new appreciation for my garden once she can see everything super close up.

The Mafiti Microscope for Kids is an absolute hit in our household! It’s incredibly easy to use—our child mastered it right away. With its 10X optical magnification, they’ve been exploring everything from leaves to fabric fibers and are completely fascinated by the microscopic world. The 2-inch IPS display is a standout feature. It provides a clear and sharp image without straining their eyes, which is a thoughtful touch for young learners. The ability to take real-time photos with the press of a button is just the cherry on top! Our little scientist loves capturing their discoveries and sharing them with us.The 8 LED lights with adjustable brightness ensure they can explore in any lighting condition, and the built-in rechargeable battery lasts impressively long—perfect for extended exploration sessions. This microscope is compact, lightweight, and sturdy, making it great for indoor and outdoor adventures. It’s not just a toy; it’s an educational tool that fosters curiosity and scientific thinking. If you’re looking for a gift that’s fun, educational, and unique, this handheld kids' microscope is it! Highly recommended for budding scientists aged 3-12.

I turned on the microscope twice, but then it stopped working completely. But the two times I used it, I was not too impressed with it. The pictures were not very clear, and finding the right spot to see anything was rather tricky. I liked the color of this one since most comparable microscopes are either pink or baby blue. And I also liked that it included a charging cable. But overall, I would not get this one again if I had to choose again.

The camera is very bad. Poor quality, really pixilated. The lights are bright on it. Could be used as a flash light. It's supposed to be for ages 3 and up. But I think it's too confusing for a toddler to operate it. Even the built-in games are difficult for a toddler. It's a neat idea that needs improvement. It charges with USB-C. A charge cable and cord for wrist are included at the bottom of the box. I don't recommend this product.
