Several previous reviews noted the cheap feel, but they do the job. Auto focus works but is very sensitive in most macro photography so I found myself focusing manually. This was not unexpected.

It's plastic, know that .... but it works. If you need the 100% best quality, spend the $ for it.This is a good compromise between quality and price.I'm well satisfied.

Does a great job at macro, but your depth of field gets tiny. Attached photo is with a Canon T4i and it's 18-55mm kit lens using all three of the extension tubes.

They fulfill their function, but they are of the lowest quality that can be. The only reason to keep them is that two of them have a ¼-20 thread on the bottom, which has been useful for a macrophoto fix, to avoid vibrations. Both the plastic and the aluminum (which looks like antimony) and the contacts are the most common (cheap) thing that can be. If you don't need the ¼-20 thread, it's best to buy a good quality one. Obviously I have not found one of good quality with such a feature. In macrophotography you don't need the autofocus, neither the image stabilization, so I didn't test it.
