Not worth the price. Pump worked as intended. Then stopped working. Wasn't clogged with debris. Can't find a replacement pump that fits the tank. Seller just sends pictures of the manual. I Would have to buy the whole thing again. Instead of just a replacement pump/guts. Bought July 22,2022. Pump died February 27,2024

My 250w pump is overflowing from the “floating bucket” every-time I do laundry.Not sure how to fix this. Seems like it should be able to handled a washer.

In the long run I've had 3 of these pumps they lost an average of 2 years that's if they're used 3 to 5 times A-day. What kills the pump is hair especially Asian hair or long hair. Isn't that if you're just pulling water out of a sinker basin it'll work great. Again the downside is that it's only gonna last 2 years. If you have a real permanent solution that requires a lot of pumping every day Consider getting a more bust unit. I don't think buying an American ones gonna last any longer because they don't. Had sani shower lasted even shorther one year.

The unit works exactly as described, I am using this as a lift station for a washer and sink in a garage. Makes very fast work of waste water. I would highly recommend this product.

The Ekomx macerator is an economical option if you have to replace your damage macerator unit.I have used this unit for about two weeks, and so far the Ekomx has worked the way is supposed to work.My only complaint is that when I installed this unit the instructions on how to install the macerator where very limited and, in my opinion needed more explanation on how to install and materials needed.I will rate the installation hard for a beginner. I will recommend that if you have no construction experience to hired a professional to install it for you.

This macerator does what I need it to do. I have had not issues with it since it has been installed. It is loud but everyone I have ever been around is.

About 9 months in it won't shut off, runs all the time, float switch or circuitry inside is broke. Have to unplug it after each use and then plug it back in each time I want to use one of the plumbing fixtures that drains into it

I wanted something like this to replace the crummy 12v macerator in my RV. I burned up one of those and the 2nd one is well on its way. Just being 110v will be a big upgrade. This 600w model might be a bit big for some (we have a class A) but it should pump a LONG way without issue.The fittings are all rubber sleeves-think "Fernco", so they will accommodate pretty much anything rigid and close to the proper dimension. I found the 4" inlet took a 3" PVC coupling perfectly, and the inlets took a 1" PVC coupling just right. I didn't have any 1 1/4 PVC pipe but that would probably go in there too. The important thing is that it can be made to work with imperial plumbing fittings. For my use, one of the small inputs will be used as a clear water flush and/or to add more water to make the pumpable material even easier to flow.We're in the dead of winter, so I'll not be running anything through this now, but I did give the manual switch a couple of hits and this ran smoothly and surprisingly quietly. I don't expect noise would be an issue in any residential application. If this were boxed, say in a vanity, I expect it would be nearly silent as I'm sure full of water/effluent it would be even quieter.Feels heavy, lots of good thick plastic, heavy rubber fittings. While the directions aren't very detailed, they do mention disassembly for clearing clogs, so this is not some sort of sealed, irreparable system. Robust build with an impressive design. Well priced, recommended.
