My mother loved this on her hospital bed.

The cover felt a little small for the topper and the topper ended up with some bending after putting the topper on, although it has mostly flattened with usage (have a somewhat heavy blanket). I had to use my finger as a guide to keep the topper from catching on the zipper while closing the cover. The straps on the corners of the cover are nice for keeping the topper in place so that it doesn't slide around and I suspect the textured bottom is for a similar purpose. The topper is fairly comfortable to sleep/rest on and gives well, although it isn't the thickest topper out there if you need something thicker.

Using the MABOZOO waterproof bed sore mattress topper after my C-section was a game changer! The wave shape provided fantastic support for my healing body, helping to relieve pressure and discomfort as I recovered. The foam was soft yet firm enough to offer the right balance, and I loved that it was waterproof—made cleanup easy in case of any accidents. It fit well on the hospital bed and helped me feel more comfortable during those long recovery days. I genuinely think this topper helped speed up my healing process by allowing me to rest better. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s recently had surgery or is bedridden for any reason!

This mattress topper is made from foam that is appropriate density, thickness, and softness for use on top of a mattress to soften out any pressure points. Note, the material is NOT memory foam, but it was not claimed to be, and it works just fine. The cover is fitted perfectly for the foam, though it took some patience putting the foam inside of it and zipping it shut. The blue cover top is made from similar material to a sleeping bag shell.. I tested for how waterproof it really is, and found that it is actually closer to what I would call "water resistant". The water partially absorbed into the material and some got through to dampen a paper towel I had put on the inside. As for urine, you would need to remove the cover and wash it every time, and the foam might also be contaminated. In a hospital care environment, the staff have no time for that and would probably just discard the whole thing (I know from prior experience). So, I would advise using a large waterproof mattress pad on top to protect this topper. Also this topper seems to generate some significant static electricity when used, so that's another reason to put an extra cover on it. Other than that, it is very comfortable. I put it on my carpeted floor and easily fell asleep on it, which surprised me. Overall I like it for the comfort but it would be better if it had a totally waterproof cover.

Waterproof bed sore mattress topper is sized for hospital beds. Perfect for those who suffer from incontinence. Made for standard hospital bed but does work on the bariatric sized bed as well, you just have to shift it to the middle. Both safe and comfortable.

I chose the MABOZOO Mattress Topper to supplement my floor sleeping. I did not have the best floor setup for years and would often wake up to a sore lower back. Well, I'm not sure if it was due to minimal sleep the day prior but I had one of the best sleeps in a while. I also had this used in conjunction with a leg wedge to raise my feet, so who knows, perhaps 50/50? All in all, a good night's rest I received that I didn't have for a while.
