Nice mattress, we have an oddball size hospital bed (48" wide) and this fit it well. The extra foam on the edges helps my wife sit on the edge of the bed without it compressing. She is less then half of the weight limit for this mattress but it still feels soft to her, I was concerned that with the high weight limit it might be too firm but that is not the case. Only had for a month but so far so good.
