I bought three of these two-pak kits and love them.The normal price on these makes sense and is worth every penny spent.You must be very careful about mounting the thermal pads, which end goes into which mount direction on the board. Your variations depend on the actual chips the thermal pads cover, if there is a turn lock on the board for the drive board and other features that vary on the motherboard that can get in the way.This process is trial and error.Also, it is easy to forget to remove the double films protecting the thermal pads on EACH side of the thermal pad. (note, these are blue) That means you will be removing 4 protective covers. It is hard to see, as that is made of a very thin clear layer and a bit of pain to catch and peel off.I found that mounting these is an art form, but well worth the trouble. Also, once mounted, I recommend you keep that drive in it's mount unless you have a board that already has a heat sink built in.ConsThe thermal pads could be a bit thicker. The protective film covering the thermal pads should be slightly colored and not clear.

For the cost, these pairs of heat sinks are tough to beat for some extra SSD cooling. No thrill but effective. Short enough to clear many graphic cards, including the 2060, 4070, 3090 and 4090. Please note that a double sided SSD may prove to be too thick given thermal pads are provided on top and bottom. A trick to remedy this is cut the sides of thermal pads to make them narrower. This way they can be squeezed down to allow tightening the screws. Tight fit but will work. Thank you for reading my feedback.

I got 2 packs of 2 of these NVMe heat sinks and they surprised me. I was expecting them to be hard to install, but nope! Easily installed, using their instructions wasn't necessary but read through them anyway. The thermal pads fill the extra space between the NVMe drive and the heat sink well so that they are making great contact. My moderately used NVMe drives are now happily plodding along about 14 to 16 degrees (F) cooler than they were and I've also noticed their temp doesn't spike nearly as high or quick as they used to during times of heavier use like large file transfers and such. If you're on the fence here, buy this one... IT JUST WORKS!

Had to apply significant pressure to get the screws started in a double sided m.2 but it lowered the temp by 15*c. Very satisfied.

Used this because my expansion board didn't come with its own heatsink. Fit perfectly in PS5, no more heat problems.
