We invested in the Neo 185 plus and while installing we learned that I'd also have to invest in the toilet seat. It's worth it and it made installing the bidet simple. Installation of this toilet seat is simple as well.

Installation was a little more complicated than previous seats, however, design well though out and integrated just fine with my already in place Luxe Bidet. Seat is comfortable and quite rigid, does not move around and feels almost like the older wooden ones. Soft close works a little slow, but will probably loosen up a little with use. Being able to remove the seat quickly and easily for cleaning is a major bonus. No dinking around with any weird attachment schemes. Overall, worth every penny. Love it!

WELL DESIGNED! FITS THE LUXE 320 NEO BIDET PERFECTLY. The only fault is the instruction does NOT show how this should be installed to fit the seat to a 320 Neo. The INSTRUCTION MANUAL ONLY SHOWS the Luxe Bidets that are designed with a base that has 2 large holes that fit over two stainless steel round fittings and must use the tall U-shape seat raisers. HOWEVER, the 320 Neo does not have this style base. To connect the seat and the bidet you must install the seat with the original shorter raiser and screws only. This may mean the U-seat connectors may need to be angled toward the control panel. It "looks somewhat odd" but functions perfectly.I love the 320 Neo. Having the 2 controls is wonderful. One control allows me to choose the right water pressure and temp with ease. The other knob controls the intensity of the spray and controls 2 nozzles. A great hygiene concept. This allows for rectal cleaning and female wash. The seat and bidet are very easy to clean. The materials for both the seat and the bidet are made strong and appear durable. The best part is how fresh and clean you will feel. This was a true lifesaver after surgery. I wish I had installed this years ago just for the true clean feeling. Once the installer figured out how to install the seat and bidet properly he had it finished in under 30 minutes. Another blessing,.. this was done in minutes compared to what a floor model bidet would have required to demo the bath.

The Luxe elongated seat is my seat of choice. We ordered 2 several years ago for our toilets that also have the Neo 120 Bidet. We have just purchased a newly built home with 3 toilets. 3 toilets = 3 Luxe elongated seats. The design is superior and comes with options to install by itself, or for use with a Luxe Bidet, and a third option for use with the Luxe 120 Plus, which slides in under the hinge. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. This seat eliminates any need for extra bumpers to raise the front of the seat because of a bidet installation. The seat is easy to clean, and can be lifted off for a thorough cleaning of the seat and the bowl. The soft closing feature works perfectly, and eliminates any slamming sounds from seats that don't have this feature. The seat itself is comfortable. The finish is excellent. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with a Luxe seat!

Arrived promptly from Amazon. Installation was straight forward and easy. The slow closing mechanism works fine. Most importantly it is secure on the toilet bowl rim, so no more slipping like my previous seat. Very pleased. Looking now to buy a 2nd for my other toilet which has a different shaped bowl.

Works well. A bit of a slow close but I don’t care about that. I was a bit disappointed bc I thought it included a bidet and it did not. Other than that it’s an excellent seat and fits well.

I tried this product at an office and could not believe how well it worked for the price. Then got ours, and after careful reading of the instruction manual realized that I could not use the hot water feature because it must connect to the sink which is too far away and awkward. So unless you are right next to the sink hot water is not an option.It works well. The only thing to note is that you have to sit a little bit forward to use it effectively. If you are too close to the rear of the chair there is not enough pressure from the water to make it work.Overall the product is wonderful. If you like bidet cleaning, it is effective and affordable.

I've bought a few of the Luxe products and man, they make me look like a pro installing! I'm not the handiest of men, but I installed all four seats and bidets at our home. These are also aesthetically pleasing and easy to take out and clean.

I bought one of these about a year ago. After I installed a bidet attachment, the old toilet seat never sat right. I tried adjusting the bolts but that just made the old one loose and it slid all over. I tried adding those stick-on feet to the old one. Those worked ok but not great and would eventually pop off. Finally, I solved the problem the right way and bought a seat that fits properly.Pros:This seat is a perfect fit for the shape of my toilet and it gives the right amount of height to not interfere with the bidet attachment.It's well made, doesn't feel like cheap plastic or coated wood.The quick release feature is great for cleaning and doesn't affect the sturdiness at all. Just open the lid and lift straight up.The soft close feature is nice. No more slamming toilet seats when someone closes it.It's reasonably comfortable, no complaints there.Con:My only complaint is that it's more challenging to install than a typical toilet seat.The seat is designed specifically to fit Luxe's bidets but will work with others. But that prevented me from installing the included cosmetic covers over the bolts with my bidet.Its a bit fidly to get everything aligned properly when installing because the bolts are two separate pieces that aren't permanently attached to the seat.The added complexity of the installation wasn't a big deal for me though since you only have to go through it once. After that, it's solid.

I decided to upgrade my well used Luxe neo 120 bidet with the newer designed Luxe 120 neo PLUS after years of problem free use. (The Luxe 120 Neo PLUS bidet has a new feature of tilting up to clean bidet easier.)I was looking for a seat that Luxe made for their bidets because I was un-impressed with just using a my old seat with sticker bumpers, they are harder to clean and come lose over time .Just follow the simple instructions that come with new seat for easy installation The luxe seat is a well designed seat for their bidets and does work well when seated on it. It feels comfortable and it does rest on all 4 bumper pads underneath when weight of person is seated on it. It was a easy installation after reading their instructions and does not move at all when a person is adjusting them self's to seat properly when wanting bidet water to hit a certain area of butt .It is also removable and easier to clean ceramic toilet area underneath + where the bumpers are on the luxe seat are a easier clean. It is just a much better seat than my $25 dollar cheap hardware store seat and highly recommend it for any Luxe bidet attachment !Very happy with using this toilet seat & is well thought out, Thanks Luxe!

I have a bidet neo 320 installed on my round toilet for over 2 years and I love it. I used a wooden seat of good quality but with the bidet it just wasn't that comfortable I 75 years old and I need something comfortable I installed the lux toilet seat in less than 15 minutes. Good instructions made very easy I love it fits me great the soft close is a nice little axtra touch. I highly recommend this seat cost is worth every penny.
