Everything worked as promised. Gives a clean, standardized look, which means it will fit the normal wall plates fine. It doesn’t need a hub, which is a plus. my only complaint is its price; it’s ridiculously expensive.

These dimming switches are a fantastic addition to your smart home. Note that you do need to have a Lutron Smart Hub as a prerequisite. If you do, adding and automating the switches is a breeze - you add them in the Lutron app & then can find them in Apple Home (assuming you're on iOS). This is great because you can then build automation schedules in there easily, tying together lighting, blinds, doors, and other controls. Highly recommended.

I've been a Lutron user for many years. I purchased my first Caseta system about 18 months ago. I love the original Caseta dimmers and thought I would give the new Diva dimmers a try. While I wasn't sure if I would like them at first, I actually like them even more than the original Caseta dimmers. I like having the preset slider on the side of the switch. Click once for preset light level, click again for full brightness. While they are about $10 more than the original, I think it's worth it.All of my Caseta devices, dimmers, ceiling fan controls, switches & Pico Remotes always work. They've never disconnected from the hub. Even if I unplug the hub, they still work as regular manual switches. Definitely worth the premium price.

This Lutron Caseta Smart Lighting Diva Smart Dimmer Switch is definitely a step up from the previous Caseta switches. It's got the same reliable function but with a sleeker, more modern design. The slider and soft-glow light bar allow for precise dimming, and the smart away feature provides peace of mind when you're not home. The price point is a bit high, but the quality and convenience make it a worthwhile investment. I'm planning to slowly replace all my old push-button switches with these superior ones.

At 90CAD, this is far from cheap. Dimming work properly but Ethernet Hub is needed for the smart function. The toggle feel great, I like the way that the dimming control is working. Using the slider to adjust the desired intensity, double click the power on to override it and be at 100%. You can also override the slider from the app.That said, It is not possible to adjust the fade-in / fade-out when turning the light on/off. I don't mind the fade-out but I would like to adjust the fade-in timing especially at 90$.Note: Make sure you have a full size light switch junction box otherwise it won't fit.

Doesn't pair correctly with new style paddle dimmer when purchased separately and not used with the Lutron hub, goes directly to full brightness when paddle dimmer is pressed and not the pre set dimmed level, if your using a hub it will update the firmware according to Lutron and it will work correctly, if your not using a hub get the diva dimmer/paddle remote as a kit as its pre programmed, minor issue.

I have standardized on Lutron light switches everywhere.1-they perform flawlessly2-they don’t require a “neutral” wire so they’re easy to install3- they offer the small remote that is about the size of a stick of gum. You can control the lights with it remotely, and it can be reprogrammed anytime to change the Lutron switches it controls, or to operate any number of lights at once4- works with Alexa and Google. It does not have a "favorite intensity " button but if you press ON twice, the light turns ON at 100%. So, you can set a night/lower brightness with the dimmer slider and press ON twice to get full lighting during the day.

I have Caseta dimmers throughout my home, and was excited for the Diva line since they are, in my opinion, a better style (because they match most other decora switches). These are easy to install and setup. More importantly, the Lutron control network is extremely stable - I've never had a switch not respond or lose connection.
