Sometimes, when I get my hand sewn extensions moved up, a little end of the weft will pop out or not like quite as flat as I need. I purchased this set so that I could do these small repairs at home and not have to go all the way to the salon to get them taken care of. It's exactly what I needed. The colored thread matches my brown hair very well, string is very sturdy and holds up well until my next move up. The needles come in curved and straight so they're very easy to use.
